While I love the photo shaming, please take a before and after. I highly doubt that heinous piece of human garbage paid for the entire 3 seats she's taking up, her and the stewardess should have already taken care of it, if not, it falls to the pilot/ Captain, whichever his/her title and he/she has authority over the entire plane. If that doesn't work, there's a possibility of a air marshall or something to that effect, but wench is going down to one seat. I would ensure that my comfort was taken care of.. I realize some people prefer not to engage in confrontation, but you can't let yourself be bullied by people like that and that's exactly what they are is a bully.

I assume this woman payed for one ticket, which entitles her to occupy exactly one seat. The flight crew has full authority to enact this restriction, by force if necessary.

Yeah, that woman legally can't do that s**t... honestly. It's dangerous to be sitting like that on a plane. She can easily and safely sleep upright for 9 hours. She doesn't need to sleep like that. What if something happens and she gets jostled about... she will try to sue the airline... It's just like in a car. People pull this c**p in the back seat and I'm like "no ma'am... you sit the f*ck up or I'm gonna smack on my brakes without warning until you do..."
