29 Times People Accidentally Found Their Doppelgängers In Museums And Couldn’t Believe Their Eyes
Do you find classic art a bit hard to relate to? So do us, but that could easily change upon a find like these guys stumbled upon when they uncovered their identical doppelgangers in old paintings!
Bored Panda has compiled a list of these suspected time travelers who snapped a selfie next to their twins preserved in old canvas. But the words won't do it justice, so better scroll down and see for yourself.

The painting is William-Adolphe Bouguereau's "The Broken Pitcher", 1891, in France. The model would be researchable, she was one of 3 sisters that he used as models for many years.

Most of these really do NOT resemble the paintings--their noses, bone structures, etc. are all different. The only similarities are in their hair styles, which isn't saying much IMO.

It's been said that we all have a twin ... I've seen my cousins twin and my niece found a pic of a model from the fifties that is dead ringer of myself. My best friends Mom was at a bar and saw her twin, She said they just stared at each other and she was so dumbfounded that she just got up and left the bar ! All True!

Only a couple actually look like the art. All the rest are a stretch. Looking somewhat like a piece of art doesn't count.

Funny, I just read an article how people easily get tricked into thinking two strangers look similar just because they have a similar hairstyle. And bam - this article! Come on, in many cases, their faces aren't similar at all.
