Jurassic Park (1993)
The Shining (1980)
Fun fact: Danny (the son) didn't know he was filming a horror movie, so he didnt saw the horror parts until he was much older. He was shown a very short very edited version of the movie at the time.
I've known this for years but still find it incredible considering some of the things he had to do. Like when he sees the twins and looks so ridiculously terrified and covers his eyes. His face is scary in itself!
Load More Replies...Wow, there's a picture of Kubrick and it looks like it's a selfie. Does anyone recognize the woman with him? Is that his daughter?
Yes it's his daughter. There's actually a collection of the photographs she took on this set.
Load More Replies...Not sure how much they continued with show business after this one, but one of the sisters is a scientist, and the other one is a lawyer. Little Danny is now a college professor.
Load More Replies...Love that the fella in the blue jacket is resting his whole arm on the lady's boob to take the photo. What the hell.
That's actually his daughter. That probably makes it worse.
Load More Replies...I saw this with my then boyfriend, and when we came out I said “That was so scary somebody screamed.” He looked at me. “That was you!” I hadn’t even realized.
Yeah, King hated it, too. Personally, I really really love this movie and the way it really sets up the psychological terror, but faithful adaptation it is not. I'm glad that Mr. King was able to go on and make his own miniseries version the way he wanted. Best of both worlds!
