“Love is something that everybody can relate to. And Love comes in ways that we can easily overlook in our daily lives. So, I try to find the meaning of love in our daily lives and make it into artwork,” writes Puuung on Facebook.

There is a deeper meaning in this. The world outside makes here afraid, scared, vulnerable and sad. But her man is there to comfort her. Protect her and make her feel safe in his arms. Love this one!!

Oh, also appropriated Christianity which essentially came from imperialistic colonialism from the west. I'd rather they embrace their own culture, but I guess this is what they chose.

The idea that he never needs comfort is not the point of the art. The point of the art is that love is beautiful. We don't need to question every little detail. Just love the fact that they love each other.
