In January 2015 i started this photo project! 174 Reasons to Smile is a photo project dedicated to smiling. A project that wishes to remind each and every one of us about this little gesture that is so strong: smiling! I travel around Europe trying to find sincere smiles and at the same time diversity. The goal of the project is to reach every city from Europe and to photograph the most beautiful and sincere smiles and to remind people through this project that life needs to be celebrated everyday!
The world is a place that is becoming increasingly dangerous, people increasingly meaner and selfish, at least that`s what I see. We are so full of ourselves and busy making money that we forget to live, we forget to enjoy life, we forget to laugh and give out smiles to those around us. We have become consumers of filth and we thrive on it. It`s sad! I remember a song from Michael Jackson „Heal the world” and I realize that we need this, we need healing. I choose smiling because I have reasons and I believe from the bottom of my heart that smiling can heal. it is something that we all need to remember. To stop from this way of life`s madness and to live freely, at least from this point! Let us heal the world!
