I could never, ever, get rid of the collars my furry children have worn, each is kept with their ashes until they all go with me when I leave this world, but I'd certainly leave a stand in collar in their favorite places...each of or animals does have a small bit of their ashes scattered in the place they loved the most too, and we plant a "Christmas tree" where allowed so we can decorate it with treats for other dog walkers at the holidays.

I Love this idea However I’m gonna need a longer tree for my Dega’s Collars I think were up to 18 I always say people have Large closets with a lot of clothes So this is the way Dega changes his clothes

Heartwarming until you realize they have stunted the tree 's growth by girdling it and introduced the chance for insect infestation and disease by drilling nails and screws into the bark.

Legend says you can hear it playing when the sun sets down, and the sky turns rose. 'Twas described as a melancholic yet beautiful sound. However, nobody managed to reproduce that mellody yet. Countless musicians have tried, from professors and prodigies, to enthusiasts and students, but none could manage to capture those notes. As they'd write them down or touch the keys, like a dream, it would just fade away.

Some finds are super creepy or interesting, but it makes me cringe how many people find the woods as a personal trashing space :/

I would like to think that the folks that find the items that could be taken out and either sold or trashed did so. It pisses me off when humans dump their s**t in our forest.

Some of these need to be brought to the attention of the authorities, some are too cute to remove, and some need to be explained! (Like the pile of carrots, dishes, and toilets.)

Most of these things make me wonder how they got there. And I don't mean the trash, but the other ones. There must be a story behind them, and I wonder about the people who put them there. That's why I also like to see photos of abandoned places.

I live close to a former motorcross track in Belgium that's been closed for a few years now. Passing by one day I noticed this tree. Looks like they threw used tyres over it when it was still a very young tree and now they're part of it. Knipsel-5d...ec4d3f.jpg

Inexplicably, I found a kayak graveyard in the middle of a forest in Wellington, New Zealand. At least 100 old kayaks, many kilometres from the nearest body of water. High and dry, growing moss and mould. kayaks-5d1...2d80f1.jpg
