Good docs will refuse to go beyond what's "reasonable". But the truth of the matter is that many, many "astheticians" with zero medical training are who these people go to for their filler--because a very well trained physician or even PA-C or NP-C will charge you a couple thousand for injecting even just a small or medium amount of filler. That's why you see some of these women being injected with industrial silicone and other toxic chemicals instead of hyaluronic acid. Or going to non-medical people to be injected. There's no way most people could afford the tens of thousands of dollars it would cost each time to look the way some of these people look. :/

It won't help. Shady "doctors" pump industrial silicon, oil and even concrete into people's faces and other bits. Legit fillers aren't a problem, they are just a tool.
