Drawing ironic comics about the reality of motherhood is very popular on social media. This is a wonderful way to share your feelings and laugh over things that bother you in regular life.
My name is Helen Volk, and I am an artist who started drawing webcomics while going through clinical depression. This was my art therapy, and I will be a bit happier to know that they made someone else a bit happier today.

Hi there! I DO have an opinion about your comics. I think they are amazing! They are funny and relatable. They show we all go through the same feelings and little things that makes people human, no matter what walk of life we come from. I also struggle with depression. I struggle with a doctor that messed up my meds too, but that's for another time. I love painting, but I only do it when I am not depressed. I am taking your idea of art therapy with me, so that I can try it when I'm low. Thank you so very much for sharing with us, and please, keep going. Would love to see more from you, but not too much more if you only draw when your depressed ;-) Take care!
