I do try to get some kind of emotional response out of my audience, but I assure you that I had no intentions of this image triggering that type of response. I only viewed this image from the innocence perspective, like if you seen him you would want to help him and become lunch. This is my first time posting to BoredPanda so I'm still not sure how this became the cover image or if there's a way to remove this one, I'm still awaiting a response back. It's a bummer because I do love the background and his eyes :(

yeah I really like this zombie series, but this one looks less supernatural and more like an abused child. Of course the eyes look zombie - it's just unsettling - and I realize making kids into zombies is intended to be unsettling, but child abuse is a different kind of unsettling. Unless there is some deeper parallel that I'm missing, but I'm with Lori. This one makes me sad, not creeped out. Otherwise, I'm into the series.

This one wasn’t originally taken to be a zombie so there was no base make up, it’s all computer editing. Good catch 👍 I still loved it too much to not include it
