I Visited Suceava’s Old Fortress And Took Pictures Of The Medieval Art Festival (21 Pic)
My name is Alin Leanca and I am a photographer from Romania. I try to show the world as seen through this strange combination of lens and soul.
For many years, every summer I feel like I travel through time, all the way to the Middle Ages, thanks to Suceava's old Fortress and the Medieval Art Festival. With my camera, I get rid of modern details and dive into the past, marveling at its faces, scenes, rituals and tales.

Not just any camel! A fully cleaned camel with waxed hoofs my dear! We tested eyesight, endurance and water-capacity! Warranty over in 5 Gregorian years. Only a scant 200 dinar a month. We throw in saddle of luxurious Cordovan leather.

As someone who used to do Medieval and Renaissance reenactment for educational purposes, I love these! We used to have a wonderful Medieval festival where I used to live in Spain. The town square would have reenactments from "El Cid" and there was even jousting. Where my family is from the UK there's a plethora of medieval fairs.
