Hello, I'm an artist from Seattle, WA, United States. Creating art has always been meaningful to me, and the opportunity to put my thoughts and ideas down in a visual way brings me a type of enjoyment that cannot be described.
I created Suburban Macro, my first macro photography coffee table book. It is a thoughtfully curated collection of my favorite pieces of macro photography that I have taken over the past year.
I captured the often-overlooked magical beauty of the world around us. I am humbled to have these opportunities to look closer and photograph these stunning moments in time. I hope you'll enjoy them!

In German clover is called "Klee", I have seen some on a meadow on the way to Aldi with my walker on Monday morning, and also some o ther wild flowers, I can still enjoy those, many people lost their compassion for the simple and beautiful things in life, I haven´t.

WOW someone who still knows that old tradition, our wishes never really came true, but we kept doing it. (I´m 51 yet and when we were kids there were a lot of wild flowers on the meadows, not everywhere was a mowed lawn like nowadays)

This flower bud is closed, so the photo´s probably been taken early in the morning or later in the evening, when the sun wasn´t there yet or anymore.

Beautiful, the photographer really has a good view for details, which is very important if you take macro photos, my brother is a hobby photographer and sometimes takes such photos with his analogue camera either.
