One of the girls I went to school with suddenly took 2 months off school age 14. School said she was sick but as she was a neighbour of mine I knew she was pregnant. Yup twins arrived and after a couple of weeks she was back at school and the babies were raised as her "siblings". Everyone knew of course. Later we found out that our home room teacher was the father. He got fired because he got another 14 year old pregnant and this one told her parents who the dad was and they reported him

The christian school I went to would expel a girl for getting pregnant but let the guy who got her pregnant stay in school. Hypocrites.

Something like this happened in my Catholic school. My friend was expelled for being pregnant. A year later the priest who came in once a week to give us our religion class got together with another pupil's mother and was STILL allowed to come into our school to give religion classes. Welcome to Catholic Ireland.
