People with ADHD can do this with coffee. My own parents (not criticizing parenting skills, please!!!) let me drink a little coffee every day when I was maybe five years old and I've been drinking coffee every day since then. I have been diagnosed and the psychiatrist said I can manage without medication if I want to. The second is quite normal in exciting situations where a lot of emotions come up, the classic flight or fight reaction is activated. The blood then goes to the legs, so the hands get cold first, then the body.

Me too, for both! (And for the other comments, I do have ADD. Stimulant medicines also tend to make me tired.)

Sometimes, whenever something is brought up or I'm thinking of something like a scene from a movie or a food that sounds really good, it will suddenly happen/whatever else later that day. Always. It's become so often that I'll look at a feather on the ground and think "I'm going to see a documentary on this kind of bird later." And then it does! I also sometimes have small visions. Once in a while I'll remember them, but they mostly just happen at random times and I'll know what's going to happen as it is. Wish it gave me more useful information though, not something like getting jump scared by my sister behind a door.

When I turn my neck a certain way, I get a sharp pain behind my left shoulder blade which feels like someone is grabbing my shoulder and trying to crush it. I think it’s one of my nerves that’s been slightly damaged which is acting out. It’s been like that for almost a year now

I live in a fairly small town so this might not be that strange, but this has happened to me many times before. I can see within a short period of time (for example, a 20-minute bus ride or a ten-minute trip to the grocery store). A hearse, a fire truck, an ambulance and a police car. The last time I was really excited and I looked around to see a police car so that the set of four messengers of death would be full. Very normal...

I tend to check the time at exactly 1:47 (at night), for about 20 years or so. Doesn't matter if I've been sleeping or not. At some point, I conciously made efforts to not check the time at that precise moment! (This doesn't happen like freakisly often but enough to kinda weird me out.)

I’ve checked the time at specific numbers over the years as well! Oftentimes it’s been things like 1:11 or 2:22 or sometimes 5:55, but I’ve also consistently checked the time at 11:10 for like a year. Idk maybe it means something?

If I eat breakfast I am guaranteed to not be hungry for the rest of the day.
