My 40s were the best time of my life. All my kids were at school so after over à decade I finally had a bit of time for myself and had started working again part time. I had lost à lot of weight and felt strong and as beautiful as I ever felt. Now I'm in my late 60s, weight back on, and creaking joints. Savour your 40s, youngsters 😇
I work full time, have three kids under 12. And i still make room for exercising. I don´t recognize myself in any of the pain stuff. The waitress is indeed not flirting with me though. She never did anyway.
