Would be funny without the experience I had at the mall, when a kid a somewhat bigger than this one came out of nowhere and decided to bite my breast while I was sitting in a bench having a break from shopping. His/her (I'm sorry, I never got to know the gender) mom did not wear clothes anywhere like mine nor did she look nothing close to me - for example, I do not wear a scarf covering my hair. Never got any apology from the parents, but instead had the joy of spending quite a lot of my own money to treat the bite wounds (took quite a lot of time to heal). And no, I was NOT nude, instead I wore a black turtleneck shirt.

If I were the parent of this child I would have DIED right then and there, on the spot. I would have wished the floor would open up and just swallow me right then and there. Of ALL the things for a child to do and yet its so young you can't really discipline the child for doing it. Of ALL the embarrassments in this world, this is one of the worst.

Back in the late 70s, I used to do visual merchandising at a department store in Cambridge, MA. I shared my cluttered shop space with a couple of nude mannequins stored in the corner. I was a bit uncomfortable with them staring at me while I worked, and thought I would solve the problem with a couple of opaque plastic bags over the heads. Now, I could not see the faces, but two human figures looking like they were suffocating themselves just creeped me out so much more!
