Ok, I have to say, kale cooked with a little olive oil and soy sauce is really delicious. No, I'm not insane...

I love kale. If you don't know how to cook and season it, then just don't bother. Try to sautée it with some onions and garlic, pepper and salt to taste, have some Greek yoghurt by its side. Very delicious.

Ok so after seeing the next meme I'm curious... why is the popular opinion that cooked kale is gross but cooked spinach is delicious... It has an awful flavor when cooked by itself and not in a quiche or dip imo, kale is much better especially when made like collard greens (before people outside of the black/southern community started taking notice of it and it's health benefits)?
