I think I would carry around a white board and write captions like, "OMG she's eating food!!!1!!" or "Is SoAndSo walking down the street??!1!!" or "Watch as she gets in her car!!!!!1!!!!1!!!".

Recognising a celebrity on the street is pretty much a skill. I'm sure if I'd ever happen to see someone famous on the street, I wouldn't even notice. The maximum would be a random thought like "hmh, cool, that person looks like *insert name*". That's it. Really. People you don't know personally are hard to recognise out of context.

My sister said she saw Julia Roberts once outside a restaurant. I wasn't there, so can't prove it. But if the story is to be believed, my sister said JR signed a couple autographs and just left quietly.

I loved it years back when Daniel Radcliffe was on set filming a new movie and they were always waiting to photograph him when he left for the day so he wore the same outfit every time he left for two weeks making the photos worthless. Lol
