If he believes those are boobs, then he hasn't seen too many of them.
Don't call this feminism. It's just banter within women, like there is within men. I haven't seen feminism yet
Anyone who freaks out about sports games (and I've definitely been around women who do) astound me. I can't watch most of those things with any enthusiasm.
Ok. Maybe it's my inner geek, but I laughed a little too long at this thread.
when in reality you're curled up in a ball eating chocolate and crying
Guys don't get enough sexy costumes. If they even involve some sort of nudity it's usually "comedic nudity" like a Borat swimsuit or something.
Stop people using emojis that don't actually equal the word. I've seen eggplant/aubergine being used to represent a penis. Those things don't look like any penis I've seen.
I care because they do not belong to you, just like the rest of my body!
I've been masturbating since I was 7yrs old, I don't understand what the big deal about hiding it is supposed to come from... I don't do it for a crowd, but I've never been ashamed to admit it. lol
Sounds like he's the dick who drives them away Lol Run ladies Run!!!!!!!!!
It's not about feminism at all, it's about privacy and for the girl not to feel uncomfortable and to be honest it's actually a lot of female teachers in the news over molesting students lately.
While I agree with this post's point: Do the guys grow beards? I don't watch many of those shows, but it always seems like the men's facial hair is always at stubble length unless they have a beard at their introduction - at which point the beard won't get noticeably straggly.
Men (not all) need to realise how uncomfortable sleeping is buying clothes is impossible sleeping on your back only epic back pain and extremely expensive bras. But don't get rid of them. They look good. *sigh...
The "pants off your ass style" drives me crazy. I can't even understand it. How do they stay up when you move between sitting and standing?
You could even have another female character say that to a girl who is saying she's "not like the other girls" because that seems to happen enough as well. OR have a girl say "I'm not like the other girls" and she ISN'T because she's a shape-shifting demon.
It's so weird that they, themselves don't see their own hypocrisy, while it leaves me in physical pain.
A friend of mine is in a band and lives with another band member. They fight a lot and I suggested they should cuddle more often. He laughed and panicked a little when I said I'd tell his friend to do so. BUT WHY??? They're best friends! I hug my friends all the time and it feels damn nice!
The second person had a good point . . . they just put it in the wrong conversation.

And on the 19th of November... https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Men's_Day
Okay, correction. Anyone who actually sees women as individual human beings will understand these and laugh at them. Not just feminists ourselves. And second, of course we have a sense of humor! We're human beings too.
I found them pre funny. So anyone know if they started tampocalypse yet?
not yet unfortunately
TAMPOCALYPSE
PristineMisty haha
I don't see a huge distinction between "feminists" and "people who see women as individual human beings."
false, these are all theoretical jokes as women don't really exist. *See atheist post and floating ice joke.*
Actually.....All GOOD people will laugh at these. Sexist people will get angry. Feminists do not exist, you're either awesome or sexist.
Most of these do not require that you be a feminist to understand.
Most actually have less to do with feminism than Bored Panda with bamboo eating bears.
These are funny, but I hate that people keep using "straight" and "white" as insults. People can be different than you, tumblr.
yeah and people can insult white people all they want but insult black people and it's immediatly racist? I mean I love black people probably even more than white people because they're aamazing, but it's really not fair.
Straight people AND white people as collectives can be pretty offensive/laughable/damaging, if you're taking offense because "Straight" or "White" are the only things that you can identify as, then you've got nothing and I pity you. That's coming from a straight white guy btw, before you start.
It's pretty toxic thinking.
Funny... but can we stop labeling "white boys" as the problem. We (women) are some of the worst offenders when it comes to judging and holding back women.
I was given the hateful look from non-white boys multiple times because I didn't smile back, or refused to give my phone number, and such. Sometimes I feel like caucasian girls have no rights to be shy, introverted, or just not in the mood. On the other hand, "white boys" strangers usually don't bother with me. So, yeah, stop labeling them as "white boys", and just go with "perverts", or what, since it affects all colours.
Does that make you feel better about men being more than 95% of the rapists, murderers, child molesters, arsonists, and war criminals?
Whoa Nelly, Si Llage. I don't know who invited you to the party. Nobody was saying "men are perfect and do nothing wrong", just that "women sometimes contribute to holding women back as a whole".
I got the same invitation you did, Mr. Markus. No one said "white boys are the problem" but whiny manboys show up in the comments 'defending' against what WAS NOT SAID anyway (hint for how to tell Stille20 isn't a woman= women don't identify themselves as "We (women)" in internet comments. That's what predictable men do when they see imaginary "white boys are the problem" comments NO ONE SAID.) British Crime Survey and police crime figures from 2009-10 86% for assault 89% criminal damage 96% for mugging 98% for robbery 98%, sexual offences 99% child rape
Combating misogyny with misandry? What could possibly go wrong?
Also I'm starting to think you didn't actually read any of these because if you did, then you'd know it's not being mean against guys. It's showing how fucked up the lives of women are, but men don't have to go through the same shit.
Oh you have got to be kidding me. This is NOT misandry at all. We women are sick and tired of being treated as less than human and sometimes we use humor to fight against it. And since men are the ones who uphold this misogynistic society and are the ones that treat us like crap, then yes we are going to make fun of them. It's better than crying ourselves to sleep and worrying about what the day will bring knowing we live in a world where people hate us. And how is fighting against misogyny, "misandrist"? I use that word in quotes because people that are mean to guys have no real consequences for you since men are already seen as the dominant gender. Sexism doesn't harm men, but it sure does harm us. And one more thing, we actually DO NOT hate men. We just hate being stomped on.
I agree with many things you say, blueagua, especially the last sentence → of curse we hate any privacy intruders. But please, keep in mind that the very sexism which offends women is ALSO harmful to men, because it dictates them how to behave, how to feel even, how to look... So, according to sexism, a sensitive and polite nice guy isn't even a real man. If you know what I mean...
"male rape victims being looked upon contemptuously" by MEN "because of the same kinds of stereotypes that hold/held women back." by MEN "Overall your attitude sounds very militant." Well aren't you an original philosopher. Alas, you forgot to throw in hysterical, shrill, strident, and feisty.
I don't think this list contained misandry (maybe one or two generalizations / blanket blaming, but nothing quite as offensive as misandry) but in saying "sexism doesn't harm men" I think you're ignoring some problems, such as male rape victims being looked upon contemptuously because of the same kinds of stereotypes that hold/held women back. Overall your attitude sounds very militant. Maybe it's rational for where you're from. I don't know. I'm from Canada and have never met a woman who thinks they're outright being "stomped on" because they're a woman, but I can figure that in, say, very religious countries that would make a lot of sense.
