Father Cat Supports Mom Cat Giving Birth, Wins Everyone’s Hearts

Caring, loving and supportive. Fathers like that are great role models and positive examples for everyone. Even when they are cats.
Thuy Duong Panda from Vietnam shared a series of touching photographs on Facebook of her Father cat, Yello, supporting the brand new mom cat, Tam The, during and after giving birth. Yello looks so comfortable in his new role, snuggling the kitties and cozying up with the mom that it could make anyone jealous of such love and devotion.
The owner told Bored Panda, that there are four healthy newborns and that this is the first litter for both parents. Thuy Duong also told that Yello is not sweet with everyone and that he only loves her, her dog and, of course, his adorable cat family.

Then he was caring and attentive
The new mom, Tam The, just went through a lot, bringing 4 healthy babies to this world

Ok I'll be the negative one. Baby kittens are cute, but please spay & neuter your pets. I volunteer in a cat shelter and so many are unloved
Not negative at all! Having them spayed or neutered is the humane thing to do if you don't intend to breed them.
I completely agree, but this cat deserves father of the year this is such a love story.

The adult cats should be neutered for sure, but this is a post from Vietnam, spaying neutering - unfortunately - isn´t very common there yet, I hope this one litter will be their only one, but it´s really unusual that papa cat cared for his "wife" while she gave birth and now cares for her and for their kittens!!!
This family probably wanted kittens, which in fine. I'm guessing they'll most likely alter the kittens later on when they're old enough :)

You can just let the owner do what he wants with his own cats too... If he doesn't wants to spayed or neutered them, it's his choice... You don't have to interfere or choose what's is has to be do for these cats..
No. If you want more cats, adopt them, don't make more. There are enough homeless animals in the world.

Dude. Not all cats are used to catch mice in vietnam. I'm a vietnamese, i have 4 cats, and they are all my life. Btw, the cat parents in the article will be spayed and neutered after the kittens grow up.
Until there are so many cats they become a pest and there are not enough "mice" for all of them. They start starving and breed more.
Also, my neighbor fed them just a little bit with rice fixed with fish, so they go catch mice. I didn't know other people's cats are different. I'm from very rural countryside. Sorry if anyone is offended.

Have YOU ever worked at a "kill shelter"??? I have. I volunteered there because the animals needed me. All you have to do is be present at one of the "humane" kills. TOO MANY STILL GAS THEM! Then you too will be a "neuter nazi" (terrible thing to say)
Refreshing to see a daddy cat who isn't addicted to Nip or impregnating every female in sight. The tomcats in my neighborhood could take a lesson from him.
My kids dad could take a lesson from him!
