This Puppy Sleeps Like As If It Was ‘Turned Off’ And It Looks Ridiculously Cute (30 Pics)
Everyone loves puppies, whether they are playing, posing for photos or even just sleeping. Shih Tzu puppy, Paningning, is one of the latest adorable canines to steal the heart of the internet, not for teddy bear face - but for her hilarious sleeping positions.
Owner Janess Cua uploaded photos of Paningning to the Facebook group Dog Lovers Philippines, which showed the animal sleeping on her back in a human-like position, with an exposed belly. The photos quickly spread across platforms and now Paningning is a viral sensation with 55.5k followers on her official Instagram page. Cua told Bored Panda “That is her sleeping position since birth because it's the way she feels most comfortable.” Even though many of her photos feature the dog sleeping, her owner said Paningning is very playful and enjoys romping around with her siblings. With this puppy, you have to look where you are stepping. She just randomly falls asleep and not on her bed, just anywhere.

Here's the thing. This amount of cuteness/sweetness is simple too much for the human heart to bear. So, when I see that my heart is filled to the brim with adoration, I turn to my dog Tango and give it all to her. She of course doesn't realize that she is being a proxy; she just loves me back.
Paningning is the youngest of a litter born to Cua's dog Baobei. Now three months old she is the only tri-colored of her siblings. Originally her owners named her ‘Maningning’, which translated to bright in Filipino, because of her distinct coloring. But her daughter wanted her name to start with ‘P’ so it became Paningning.

Sleeping is only one of Paningning's hobbies "she loves to eat and sleep." While in her photos she may appear to be just a good-natured and funny puppy, her owner admits, like many puppies, "most of the time she’s very naughty."

I just realized that there is another pup lying under the banana lounge , lol.
According to her owner, Paningning never sleeps any other way, "For me, She’s just a normal puppy that loves to sleep on her back." The delightful photos of the Shih Tzu have not only created a fan base but spurned many memes by eager photo-shoppers.

My little girl, Carlie, alway laid on her back and slept on my bed, I always thought and with a good feeling that she knew she could sleep like that, knowing I was there, to love and protect her,, that she felt secure. Miss my baby, but I will see her again. God grants our love for our pets, and He loves them too.

It's not the comfort they seek but the coolness of the floor! Hence why she sleeps on her back. ......to expose her belly to any cool air flow.
