One of the local Morrisons supermarkets does something like this, they have their used coffee grounds in bags and you just help yourself! I tried them last year on my tomato plants that I was growing and they just went mouldy lol! But that could've been down to me - this is the house where plants come to die! And yes, I did kill said tomato plants last year! But I'm trying again this year 😀
