It seems like there’s a conspiracy for every aspect, event, and occasion in our life. Think of the theory that there is some kind of a connection between 5G internet and the coronavirus pandemic, which has been continually debunked by our experts. In fact, raising these rumors is considered inappropriate, and those who do can even get into trouble for spreading fake news.

But leaving the pandemic conspiracy aside, there are numerous other conspiracies that people genuinely believe in: Area 51, Bigfoot sightings, chemtrails, New World Order, Freemasonry, Illuminati, Sandy Hook, “stolen election,” the list goes on. And while most skeptics cringe at such improbable scenarios, some actually scratch their heads and wonder… “what if?”

So when someone asked “What is a conspiracy theory you actually believe in?” on r/AskReddit, people, skeptics included, shared some very interesting answers. Let’s see what they had to say below and be sure to share your thoughts on conspiracies in the comment section!

Certain media outlets exist just to stir up fear and anger, because people who are afraid and angry are so easy to manipulate. Certain Powers That Be count on it.

I don't think this is a conspiracy theory. I thought this is widely known to most educated people. Whilst not ALL media is like that, unfortunately a lot of them are. False news and click bait sell. It's getting harder finding a decent, reliable news source.

Thank the Reagan Administration. - Ronald Reagan's FCC abolished the Fairness Doctrine which, since 1949, required media to present both sides' opinions in the rare event they weren't just reporting straight news. Hence the birth of Fox News (the channel which does not report news but opinions, want news…watch the Comedy channel)

Well it is rather obvious: if you look at what generates revenue for media it is selling advertisements, not informing people. You sell more advertisements with more readers and more engagement and you will get this by spreading fear and anger as these emotions are much more likely to spread on the Internet and grab peoples attention.

Television news is the worst place to turn to for information. Aside from that, though in the U.S. while we have freedom of the press, it is not a public service. It is a commercial enterprise with it's own interests first. The "news" is supposed to be about what is unusual, not commonplace, irregular, and not normal. People get lost if they don't consider that idea first and foremost.

Slippery slope. Only way to remove this from the equation is if media outlets weren't funded via advertising. Only way to currently do that is via not-for-profit media (NPR?) or state funded media (BBC?). But it is clear we need better checks and balances.

This is not a conspiracy. It does. There is actually a setting in the phone which allows certain apps (like facebook, chrome etc) to access your microphone. Use the settings and turn it off.

No, really, it doesn't. The permissions allow the app to use the microphone WHEN IT IS RUNNING. It allows you to deny access to functions of your phone to apps that you don't trust. This grew out of it being a means for apps to delare what features they used, so that you could choose when installing. In a similar vein, you could argue that your phone is tracking you because you gave an app permission to get your location. Some apps do seem to overstep the mark with what they request use of, but considering how many apps now take voice input, it is hardly surprising. Yes, malicious apps do exist that can record audio, watch you through the camera, and track you, but they are absolutely not put there by mainstream phone vendors.

IT guy here: They don't have to bug you. It is enough that they know your social bubble (keyword: metadata). I talk to a friend about a topic, he (not me!) researches it - and thanks to our WhatsApp (instagram/fb/whatever) link, the relevant companies know that they should offer me the topic as well. After all, it seems to be a "thing" in our social bubble. Or it works the other way around: My friend sees an ad (consciously or not) and that's why he approaches me about a topic in the first place. Since the ad is currently airing in our social bubble, I naturally get it shortly thereafter. But it can be haunting, i know :D

I loved your explanation! I always fail at trying to explain that this + conformation bias makes it look like they are not only listening but being able to descifer what you want. Many time a search made on purpose needs to be modified to get what you're actually looking for, imagine how the AI would need to work to disentangle from a random convo the products we mentioned

I have one better. Have you ever THOUGHT (but not spoken one single word aloud) about a specific product and then start getting adverts for it on your phone/laptop? That happens to me quite a lot and is a lot more disturbing than having a conversation and your phone listening. A few others have said that’s also happened to them too.

Similar situation with me. A while back, my boyfriend and I were driving to our cottage and were talking about a specific subject. There's no cell phone service or data available in that area (wifi at the cottage only amd my data is always "off"). During the drive we changed the subject. The next day, I had an article about it on my facebook. Neither one of us googled it (there was no need).

They don't have to listen to your conversations. You've given them access to your contact list, your browsing history, your location, etc. If you've talked about something random to your friend, and he/she googles it, they will just advertise it to his/her friends.

This ^^ is not taken into account enough. For example, I wear dress shirts and the ones from Brooks and Lands End vs George brand from Walmart are a huge difference. I have shirts that are several yrs old and I wear them 5 days a week. The walmart ones die within a few months of regular wearing and washing. Brands do matter in SOME cases.

Based on simple probablity alone, there simply has to be other life out there. The problem is that time also plays a massive factor in whether we might ever meet any of it. It would a require a civilisation to be space-faring during our fairly brief existence, that has developed faster than light travel in order to come and find us. We could easily have had visitors in the past, but we simply didn't exist in a form that could recognise or communicate with them. Hell, we could even be decended from them!

This is why I can’t wait to see if there’s evidence of life, past or present, on Mars, Europa and Titan. If live arose more than once in a single solar system, that would indicate that it’s commonplace in the universe. If not, there’s still the chance that life arising here on Earth was a quirk, and that life is unique or uncommon. As I’m currently watching baby squirrels play outside my window, I like the idea of a universe teeming with life.

People Share 30 Conspiracy Theories They Think Are 100% Real This might not be a groundbreaking hot take, but i think that applying for disability status/benefits is intentionally made to be a convoluted mess of bureaucratic jargon and endless hoops to jump through SOLELY so that disabled people don’t take advantage of them, either because they give up trying to navigate an intentionally confusing system, or because they make a mistake along the way, and the process gets f***ed up. I’m really lucky I had my mom helping me with a lot of the paperwork because otherwise I would never be able to get the supports I need in post secondary. It’s like someone purposefully designed the process to be as unobtainable, messy, and overwhelmingly complex for a disabled person as they possibly could.

The successful appeal rates for disability benefits in the UK is very high, because of the bollox applicants are put through. Stories of people in wheelchairs having appointments for a second floor room with no lift; where if they crawl up the stairs they fail as that is evidence that they are fine, and if they can't get to the room they fail for missing their appointment.

U.S. SocSec Disability Insurance "standard" is that the first application is automatically rejected. Second one is glanced at, and unless BLATANTLY qualified, rejected also. Only when an SSDI lawyer is hired (for usually 1/3 of initial settlement) does the claim actually pass.

Oh, absolutely. I was temporarily disabled following a bad accident and have no idea how people navigate disability full-time. Eventually my partner had to take on sorting our insurance, disability, appointments, etc. because I was unable to focus on recovery while dealing with the red tape. The kicker was when he took me to a Trevor Noah concert to cheer me up... and someone stole my insurance-issued wheelchair. The venue felt horrible and offered to pay or a new one. My insurance was more than happy to take their money, but refused to issue me a new chair. I was learning to walk again, so without a chair I literally could not function. Luckily the wheelchair rental company felt so bad for me they struck my missing chair from their records so that I could get a new one. I supposedly had top-of-the-line insurance... so that's the American healthcare system for you!

Serve minimum 3 years in the military and leave on an honorable discharge or general under honorable conditions or medical and you get free college. Not ideal sadly but its what i had to do because despite having the grades to go to college, my dad never put any money into a college savings account (he made more than enough to do so, we werent poor by any means). He wouldnt let me take the SAT/ACT either (which each cost money).

I loved reading some more 'personal' conspiracy theories, like that guy talking about the weird soup place in his town that seems to be a facade to hide illicit activities.”

When asked if the author themselves believe in a particular conspiracy theory, they said they’re open to the multiverse theory (which is not really conspiracy stuff). “But I like to believe we all evolve on a specific timeline and that other (if not infinite) timelines where things are different exist. Man, wait until you hear about Crypto - and then wait until you hear about the Stock market. WSB shenanigans don't happen without the whole system being built on speculation - and WSB shenanigans are just kid's play compared to what Hedge Funds do on an absolutely massive scale (the only difference is that WSB was randos so it was made public - if it had been Thad and Brad and Chad fresh out of an Ivy in their first finance job, it'd just have been another Tuesday on Wall Street)

Scam is probably the wrong word there. Everything holds the value that we ascribe to it and that the market bears. It’s common knowledge that certain things are investments so you don’t get taxed on the cash. Like Rolexes and Cartier bracelets.

Close but no cigar, they dont use to hide it, they hype certain artist after buying their work, so that it goes up in price afterwards they donate the art to a museum in a way to generate tax reductions. There is no speculation here they just have the so called critics in their payroll, pretty much a done deal.

What's in the picture is just "art", specifically conceptual contemporary art. Fine art, the term it is, refers to academic art from the 15th- early 20th century, which is by no means "modern".

Fine art is a scam used to take the ultra wealthy for large sums of money. Half the time the stuff they buy never becomes valuable. A lot of the time it is valuable for a short period. Some times it becomes far more valuable.

I have read convincing arguments that it is indeed a popular money laundering mechanism. because the actual worth of a piece of art is impossible to quantify objectively, it is possible to move any insane amount of money as you want by selling and reselling, building up a convincing and respectable trail for your income

I used to work for one of the biggest wet wipe production facilities in Europe. The baby wipes are indeed folded in such a way as to pull the next wipe out when you pull one. The clients prefer it this way because they are usually holding their baby in one hand and they want to be able to easily reach the next wipe without letting go of the baby. If you want to check this you can buy a package of refresh, cosmetic or cleaning wipes. You'll see that only one wipe comes out when you pull it.

A tip: when you're on your phone playing a game or doing something, and just sitting, tilt your phone slightly away from your face. Look at at, but on a comfortable angle, not full at your face. This helps with blue light being shot into your eyes but also if an app or your phone is taking peeks at you, or something malicious is scanning you, they're not seeing a face and stop, or they see a wall or "not your face" and the bot doesn't think it's being used.

People Share 30 Conspiracy Theories They Think Are 100% Real That video game companies got a taste of the kind of money that gambling brings in and changed an entire industry to emulate the casino structure but for children.

Oh it's definitely all about money for sure, and they'll keep monetizing it for as long as regulation allows, but there's a fundamental difference between casino gambling and gacha or lootboxes people seem to ignore: money. In a casino you have the [extremely small] chance to win a life changing amount of money. In a game, you're only ever getting in-game rewards that have no impact on your life outside. It's still scummy, but it's not a fair comparison. Buying in-game currency so that you can try to win some kind of in-game lootbox reward is far more similar to playing for tickets in an arcade than gambling in a casino.

Disagree. The loot boxes are worse because the contents have no actual value and it would cost the game developers zero additional money to put something decent in every box.

I love that they used EA for the picture, they really are a company that will squeeze as much money out of you as they can, especially for The Sims. Game packs, expansions and these new kits don't have enough new content or gameplay to warrant their ridiculous prices. Thank god for custom content and mod creators who make the stuff the games actually need.

It's actually illegal for marketing research companies to sell information to 3rd parties other than the client that has already paid for the study. Another conspiracy theory is that market research companies do their own studies. They don't. The research companies are commissioned and make money from the client.

People Share 30 Conspiracy Theories They Think Are 100% Real The conspiracy that created the term "conspiracy theory". Think back to the 30s, 40s, 50s. There were stories of the black cars showing up and making people that start finding out too much "disappear". Enter the 60s and 70s. Mass media starts growing at a massive rate. A rate at which the government realizes that they cannot ever fully control. Their genius solution is to open the floodgates of crazy. Push a bunch of conspiracy theories into the populace that makes real conspiracy reports be ignored as just "tinfoil hat crazy". Label ALL reports as conspiracy theory. This over time creates a societal misunderstanding in the form of the term "conspiracy theory" becoming equated with "crazy". An example of this is I believe that there really aren't many people that truly believe the earth is flat. There are just some entities planted that push it as a "theory". This then becomes one of the main examples of "all conspiracy theorists are not to be taken seriously".

Sounds accurate to me. You're considered crazy until proven correct. People never take conspiracy theorists seriously, and it can be detrimental. Most theories are pretty dumb, but all deserve a chance to show proof, or else we end up burying whistleblowers and covering things up without giving them a fair shake. Remember Love Canal? The government deliberately works on keeping the populace uneducated. From school funding being tied to local property taxes, to allowing militant religious parties to "politicize" and censor science based education. It's easier to manipulate an uneducated society by pitting it against itself across socio-economic and political lines. In the mean time the civil servants meant to b representing us do favors for the wealthy in return for funding and insider trading privileges.

This is probably my top conspiracy theory belief. Most people are stupid or very stupid, and it’s not an accident. People are intentionally under-educated, and that includes even the most technically educated people with speciality knowledge but who are absolutely stupid outside of their field. It also includes yokels and hicks who are against intelligence. We literally have groups of people who are anti-intellectuals. Most of these people are victims of being under-educated in one way or another and can’t see outside of their religion, their social causes, their mantras. All the while none of it really matters and the important stuff (the money) is all being kept within the circles who make this happen to commoners.

I 100% agree, but I also think a big factor is that the people themselves are ok with not being educated. We have the internet, all of the human knowledge at our fingertips, but instead of looking up the truth, people head to Instagram or Facebook. If you took the average teen and changed all of their voluntary screen time to something to better their brain, we'd have a lot of really smart teens today.

Yep. They also do what corporations have been doing for decades, pit employee against employee by giving unbalanced wages, that way employees go after each other not the corporations or government. This was done very successfully in Hawaii during the peak sugar plantations, employees of one race would be paid lower than another, employees killed each other over this, the mastermind never accused of held responsible for the bad blood

She was there to teach and one of the apartments she was looking at had an interior room, no windows, small, dark and narrow. It also had a lock on the outside of the door. She asked the agent what the room was for and the agent said "so you can have a place for your live in maid." The look on her face was horrific.

People Share 30 Conspiracy Theories They Think Are 100% Real Reagan was diagnosed with Alzheimer's when he was still in office and his advisers told him to write a letter to the American people to be released later after it got too bad to hide. When his condition went public in 1994, they released the letter and it was almost perfect handwriting, spelling, and grammar. Six months later he couldn't carry on a conversation. I'm convinced he didn't progress that fast in 1994 and that the entire thing was constructed over the years to look like he was mentally competent while he was president.

You're right. My first thought though was, "Yeah. But he had the absolute best care money could buy." Averages include a massive majority of people who receive the minimum, or in some cases, no, treatment or care. They're thrown away. Tucked into facilities where they rot. You know he was as comfortable as cared for as was possible. Could have extended his life quite a bit. And he could also be an outlier, where he outlived his peers.

They auto filter all uploads though, applying a filter that slims the face even when off, so that wouldn't be very accurate if they did want to use it for deepfake purposes.

The toilet paper industry (Koch brothers), uses a technique where they don’t roll the toilet paper as tight as before, the cardboard rolls are basically the same size, you just pay for less paper and more air. Another way corporations impact cost of living charts

Actually, they're shorter in width now. If you have a older house with vintage TP holders, you can tell that right away--the older holders were wider to accept the previously "normal" roll width.

They've always differed between brands. I've found some low budget rolls tend to have the bigger cardboard roll on the inside to make you think you're getting more than you are. .

The entire concept of a stock market is rigged, in that there is a finite amount of money in the world. Stock values are not true representations of actual cash/material wealth of companies. They are completely artificial. The money in stock markets is therefore not even real money and for the most part, it never gets cashed out. It is the most artificial system imaginable. It is also the biggest scam, because no matter what the value of a stock, it is still finite and if a bunch of people get rich on one end, then a bunch of other people lose on the other end. If everybody could become millionaires on the stock market, then being a millionaire would no longer have any advantage.

been trying to explain this one to folks for decades now. It exists merely on quick turn over and greed, but unfortunately, even though stock prices have little to do with the economic worth of any company, share-holders can make or break a company based on who they put in charge.. Witness the cluster-F Boeing has become.

My partner invested SO MUCH into the whole GME thing earlier this year and it's still there. 14k he put in and at the height he made 26k, cashed out and then bought more. He's relying on Reddit and the whole "hodle" and "too the moon" bullshit. He's convinced it'll make him a millionaire. 🙄 I had hope back in April/May but now it's just ridiculous. But Reddit is Gospel to him so I give up. Shitty thing is that money could be used to take our kids on holiday, buy them nice things. We've never had a holiday either.

Anyone with experience knows this would not work and could not work. Too many different people involved in different countries that hate each other too much to co-operate. Moreover, wealth is rarely generational. That is, the grandchildren of billionaires end up as millionaires. It is a slow slide down to merely being in the top 1%, where they tend to stay. Worse, most of the bearish periods make little sense. It is clearly random, not predicted. Top example is the Covid dip in 2020. Just appeared out of nowhere and went away again. Yes, the wealthy took advantage of it and made billions, but it made no sense. Better to have waited closer to the US presidential election. Clearly caused by the disease, and most such bearish periods have well established causes that were not obviously not 'directed'.

If you were to track the shrinking of products instead of companies adding the cost of their products upfront, you would be stunned at how much things cost vs a couple of years ago. This is a very insidious way that corporations impact rising cost of living charts, the government tracks cost increases not product size decreases.

When you use a moisturizer make sure the skin is already moist i.e. lick your lips and THEN apply chapstick. Same way with skin "moisturizers, make sure your skin is still wet after you get out of the shower and THEN apply oil or lotion to your skin., The ONLY moisturizer is water. When you apply a "moisturizer" you are "sealing" in the moisture already on your skin. If your skin is dry, it isn't going to help, much.

I know someone who read about and stopped using chapstick because they felt like they were constantly using chapstick. They started using vaseline instead. The problem is that they now use vaseline constantly.. as much, if not more so, than they used chapstick. I've told them that no lip balm is meant to be used constantly. Your lips are naturally moist and lip balms are only meant to protect them during extreme cold or hot weather, or to treat chapped lips.

People Share 30 Conspiracy Theories They Think Are 100% Real Well I don't actually believe the government is putting stuff in our water that's turning the frogs gay I do however believe the large amount of urine containing birth control waste getting out into the sewage is becoming an ecological problem

That accounts for less than 1%. The majority is from effluent overflow and seepage from farms getting into waterways and the ground. "Analysis found that EE2 has a lower predicted concentration in U.S. drinking water than natural estrogens from soy and dairy products and animal waste used untreated as a farm fertilizer. And that all humans, (men, women and children, and especially pregnant women) excrete hormones in their urine, not just women taking the pill. Some research cited in the report suggests that animal manure accounts for 90 percent of estrogens in the environment. Other research estimates that if just 1 percent of the estrogens in livestock waste reached waterways, it would comprise 15 percent of the estrogens in the world's water supply."

Maybe a little beside the point, but just fyi, anyone worried about their external estrogen intake should really consider avoiding dairy products. Forget soy, it's known that animal based hormones are far more bioavailable in much smaller doses than anything made by plants. Milk is loaded with female hormones. Any woman who experiences pms, endometriosis, or has a family history of breast cancer should probably just omit dairy products altogether.

they never said they wanted anything, all they said was they think the hormones that get flushed into waste water facilities are having an ecological effect, no need to stretch that to "they want women to stop taking birth control", you can agree that women should have access to birth control and that there are ecological problems from the waste products. I'd even go further, people should absolutely get mental health medication when they need it, but the waste products won't be doing any favors to the ecology "down stream".

You do realize that insurance companies can make more money when everyone is healthy, right? If you’re not going to the doctor as much for expensive treatments, they get to keep more money. It’s far more lucrative to keep the population healthy than it is to ‘deny claims’. Some industries make money off illness but not really so for insurance.

I’m still amazed Katie Holmes and her family, particularly her dad, pulled off the stunt and got her and her daughter out of the grip of TC and Scientology. She made sure the paps were there (maybe even rang them herself) so she was *constantly* photographed every time she left her house, so the Sci’s couldn’t get anywhere near her without photographic evidence.

Certain ultra wealthy rich have slowly politicised the news over the past decades in the way of brainwashing the population into believing their agenda. Along with possibly having multiple news channels eg left or right leaning channels to attract more viewers so if they don’t like one they may go into the other one which they agree more with. Additionally increasing the entertainment part of the news and decreasing the ‘news’ and educational parts of the news.

People Share 30 Conspiracy Theories They Think Are 100% Real For the record, serious answer. But, there’s this soup place at our local mall that’s been there for three years now. I’ve never seen anyone order anything from there, and I rarely see anyone at the register. When our mall was closed due to COVID lockdown/quarantine, several locally owned stores shut down, and a few places in the food court. Last time I was there was for my birthday in August, and the soup place is still there. My mom and I have an array of theories about what it could be, ranging from money laundering to a front for drugs, but I cannot believe that place is legitimate.

There's a dumpling place at my local mall which is the same! The food is AWFUL (their cheese covered dumplings almost made me throw up), they never seem to have any customers, half the time there's nobody behind the counter, they're occupying prime real estate... and yet somehow they're still "in business". If they're not a front for organised crime, then I'm Nicole Kidman. (Indeed, a popular burger franchise here actually DID turn out to be owned by a motorcycle gang. There's an ongoing theory that they froze Walt Disney's head/body after he died to preserve him, and that "he" may be hidden under the castle at Disneyland or something. Then another theory popped up stating that they named their move based off of the Snow Queen "Frozen" to further shut down any suspicions about Walt's possibly frozen body. That way, if you look up "Walt Disney Frozen" the movie shows up, not the theory!

“Deflate Gate” was a distraction from brain damage and domestic abuse scandals in the NFL. And I say this as someone who hates Tom Brady. It should have just been a small fine and forgotten quickly. But this is the type of scandal the NFL can tolerate whereas brain injuries and domestic abuse can hurt the league’s reputation. And it worked! Distraction and new cycle dominated by this for an entire off-season rather than more serious issues.

I can honestly tell you that what Area 51 was mostly used for at any time in its history was flight test. We have had some seriously bizarre/amazing flight tests over the years BUT for some reason (fascination with the fantastical?) people would rather have believed in extraterrestrial work being done in the middle of the desert in Nevada... rather than say Mohave. Or Utah.... Take a look at skunkworks. At some point the SR-71 (and the A-12) definitely had a home at Area 51.

Actually, if they had gotten her to the hospital within 60 minutes [which was more than possible if the ambulance had not driven 30km an hour] she would have lived. She had an aortic aneurysm that is the main factor in causes of car crash deaths. Emergency room doctors make, supposedly, uninjured car wreck patients wait ONE hour in the Emergency Room in case they have one of these aneurysms. They have saved a lot of peoples' lives. Two ED's were on a talk show and they pointed out that Diana would have been saved in England or the US.

This one is too stupid -- do the people saying this even know how she died? How ludicrously convoluted the plot would have had to be, depending in how much ridiculous luck to work? The driver has to overreact to the papparazi; Diana has to not be wearing her seat belt exactly when a driver accidentally hits something in the tunnel just right to; Diana has to fatally fly out of the backseat just so...the list of coincidental requirements makes this dumb.

The Tianjin explosion was a result of China either working on or moving dangerous materials, and while explosion was non-nuclear, materials were radioactive. Radioactive slag was found nearby afterwards as well as the epicenter of the explosion doesn't match the official reports. Later deleted satellite photos showed the explosion was either on the street or below in the sewers/access tunnels, not within the nearby factory like China suggests. Not a huge conspiracy, just china trying to keep it's nuclear energy/weapons information hush hush after a mishap.

The secret service is also the group in charge of keeping all retired / passed government officials quiet. It’s crazy to think that all of these powerful people don’t spill their knowledge at some point before they die. Once they get a certain clearance then a detailed profile is built of who their family and friends are and somehow passed to them as a “keep your mouth shut or things will happen to these people”. Whenever a popular congressman voluntarily retires in the middle of their term I think that they keep learning that they wished they hadn’t and that it’s time to just get out.

ORRRRRRR maybe they have nothing to divulge because, like any government anywhere, the us government has the same inefficiencies and therefore the only cover-up would be minor screwups or major invasions which the press already divulge.

I think the biggest conspiracy theory out there is that government officials are some bastion of knowledge and have all these secrets. They probably don't, and that's why we never hear about them.

People Share 30 Conspiracy Theories They Think Are 100% Real Dollar slice pizza places. This may not make sense to people who don't live in New York City. We have these great places that sell a plain slice of pizza (cheese only) for $1.00. I can't believe they make rent and payroll on volume with $1.00/slice and the going rent rates. This has to be some sort of money laundering scam, but one where no one cares because you get a slice of pizza for a dollar. Might not be the best pizza, but damn, a dollar slice. I'll always stop in if I'm passing one on the street. This just can't be economically feasible and something else is going on.

People rarely order a cheese slice. And these places (in NYC) are always super busy. I lived on this pizza for years when I first moved there. I'd say they also use the cheapest possible ingredients and probably make a bit of a profit on each slice anyway.

This is serious, but I do actually believe we live in a world where there are multiple universes. What I mean by this is even if there is a 0% chance, in another parallel universe, that 0% is 100%. I believe there are many different parallel universes, and what choice we make in this one affects them. i know it sounds stupid but it's what I believe

I still haven't seen any proof that Bin Laden was guilty of anything, Somebody told us 9/11 was down to him and everybody just sort of went 'hmm, ok'. Don't get me wrong, it might have been him, but for the US to almost overnight say 'It's Bin Laden' just seems a little too convenient. If they had that sort of intelligence on him before the attacks, why didn't they prevent them?

I'm pretty convinced acne washes/cleansers contain materials that cause the acne to flare up when you stop using them, so you keep buying it. Realistically, maybe it's just your skin adjusting to producing its own oils again and it'll even out after a bit, but who knows?

I think the main problems are that soaps 1) remove all the oils, and the skin rushes to put out more, and 2) change the Ph of the skin, with devastating effects on the skin microbiome.

To me, it seems pretty obvious that OJ is her father. I mean, she's a foot taller than all the rest of them. Both sides of the rest of the family are short. I have a daughter with the same racial mix as her, so I can totally see some of those characteristics in her. She looks a lot more like OJ's other kids than she does her own sisters. Ultimately, it doesn't really matter, but I just assume OJ is her father.
