Tim draws inspiration from the world around him, finding humor in everyday interactions. “It always comes from everyday interactions or people watching. I recommend always having a notepad or phone handy, to write down your ideas for later,” he shared.
This is actually a powerful image: the (possibly) men (who are using the space poorly) are unapologetically taking up a lot of space, and the ) (possible) woman is trying to make herself as small and unobtrusive as possible.
Creating comics, however, isn’t always easy. Between work, family, and other responsibilities, finding time can be a challenge. As Tim explained, “Finding the time can be difficult, with life’s other responsibilities. I recommend keeping a tablet handy, and fitting in any writing or drawing when you can. There’s often a few minutes of downtime when doing other things, and that’s when you can fit it in.”
Social media has played a big role in Tim’s journey, helping his work reach thousands of new fans. “Instagram reels have been huge, with the algorithm reaching a new audience. I typically animate comics that have performed well previously. Reels have tripled my following in the last number of months,” he said. By sharing his comics across platforms like TikTok and YouTube Shorts, Tim ensures his quirky humor connects with as many people as possible.
Through his comics, Tim hopes to create connections and spark joy. “Insight and joy in everyday things. Share them and use them to connect with others,” he explained. Whether it’s a single-frame comic or a small animated clip, his work reminds us to find humor in the little things and to share those laughs with the people around us.
Yes, and I will be paying him less rent until he has actually repaired it. By law I can pay less rent if the landlord does not repair issues that directly impact my living conditions. My son had a leaky ceiling and the landlord wasn't that quick to repair it. So, my son paid half the rent for 3 months as he was by law allowed to do, send a letter pointing out his rights as a tenant to be reimbursed for the inconvenience, received 3 month's worth of rent and all in all, the landlord paid for my son's holiday to Spain.
30 years ago I drove my boss to an important meeting 2 hours away. Meeting was scheduled for only few hours. We arrived at 930. I waited in the lobby. (I didn't have a cellphone yet, only the rich and important people had them) Boss came out of the meeting furious. He explained that they spent the whole time till lunch on just deciding *what to have for lunch*! Then lunch lasted till 3pm. After lunch they "discussed" some "past topics". Around 5pm they finally got to the toppic (travel agency CEO's deciding on formal complaints arbitration) Took 3 hours. So they finally adjourned at 8. Boss said we should go to dinner first, then drove back another 2h. We spent 16 hours on something that required only 7. Initially only got paid 7h. But after I complained about it, the CEO made sure it was corrected and then some. The next month we did the same trip again. After half an hour my boss told the others that they either start the arbitration right now or we'd leave.

Passwords were an invention of the devil. 13 digit ramdom passwords case sensitive with numbers, special characters, your mother's first school, face and voice recognition, captcha and dialback to an email that died ten years ago was invented by hackers so you would have to save it to the cloud where every hacker can get to it.
Recursion has its limits, unless you're very short-sighted. Or Terry Pratchett, ofc.
😂😂😂 Believe it or not, I’ve done this. I’ve also pointed a key fob at a door that doesn’t use one.
My parents have a huge headboard for a former king size waterbed from 90s, like 3 shelves and a big mirror in center. One of our chores was to get all the glasses from them, 2 per night adds up fast 🤣 i have one water bottle i use but this always cracks me up how they cant grab it and set in kitchen on way to bathroom in am!
I drink tea when I want to relax and coffee when I have things to do.
I'm not a coffee drinker, and I didn't see the "Cat Coffee" in the corner at first and just assumed this was a coffee drinker joke I didn't understand! :P Maybe I should drink coffee as I'm clearly not awake!
I had one that read "fired for standing up for what I believe in" under her most recent job which she was at for 3 weeks. The rest of resume was all a month or less at like 8 different jobs. Nope. Not going to spend time training for a week of work before causing drama and getting fired or no-showing. If you have that many jobs in 12 months it's a "You" problem, not the system. (For once)
See? That's why I stick with AC/DC. It's always the same song! Can't wait for Brisbane, I hope they all last that long!
