This reminds me of my 2015 trip to New Orleans - the temps there got down into the low 50's (fahrenheit). All the locals were bundled up, multiple layers, still shivering. Being from Kansas City, I was in short sleeve shirts, jeans, & sneakers, no jacket. There was a group of gals from Canada at the hostel where I was staying, & they went out in tank tops, shorts, & sandals - didn't faze them one bit! I got a good laugh from all the locals freaking out at the Canadian gals!
