Depends. The important things are the 10 commandments, and for Christianity, should be the teachings of Jesus. Unfortunately, they decided to add in many books and pages from purple other than from the individual who is supposed to be the room of good, and too many seem to pick and choose from the hateful sections, rather than actually following the teachings of Jesus. Similar issues in at least a few other religions, but Christianity is what I am most experienced with. This specific post in the list is referring to the 10 commandments.

yeah and one of odd versions of this was back in the days when you bought software on a CD and you had to accept their business terms when they were presented on screen when you tried to install it for the first time. E.i. you pay first, then you read the business terms and conditions, so you can decide if you want to opt out AFTER you have paid for the product.

I am a library TA (teacher assistant) in Florida. I feel this so much. Just this year, The Perks of Being a Wallflower and Slaughterhouse 5 were banned by my school county and the librarians had to remove those classic books from our shelves. It is such bullcráp.

I love the US but I never understood their “we’re the greatest country ever” thing, when they’re beaten in pretty much every category by another country. Quality of life? Food? Health care? Education? Average income? Other countries have the US beat. Like even marijuana is legal in my entire country, but only a few places in the US. Our youth are considered mature enough to drink alcohol a full 3 years earlier than American youths (as a 19 year old we were so mad when concerts happened nearby in the states because we couldn’t buy beer for YEARS lol). Also our taxes are not actually that much higher than US citizens. I love you America but you have an ego problem haha (fast food, TV and movies from the US are top-notch though!)
