My ex wife once left the coffee pot on a glass top stove and forgot to turn the stove off. We went to work and when we returned home to pot fused to the glass. We left it there for weeks because it would not come off. When we did get it off it took the glass under it with it and cracked to whole top. The stove was 1 month old. 😪
