97 Unbelievable Before & After Fitness Transformations Show How Long It Took People To Get In Shape
A couple of years ago, at the height of the notorious 'dad bod' craze, people started to realize that Drake was ripped. He had been training for over three years, but the world only noticed when his Instagram page suddenly started heating up. Of course, like most other things, Drake has turned into a trend, and his followers flocked to gyms around the world on a body transformation quest to get 'swoll' like Champagne Papi.
Now, this is not to say that everyone who takes the benefits of exercise seriously these days is doing it because of Drake, but it's clear that 'making gains' is back in style, and people are going from skinny to shredded faster than half of us can blink. If it's done right, building muscle mass can actually give a lot of health benefits - prolong your lifespan and improve cardiovascular and bone health - as well as increase your chances of people sliding in the DM. Faster isn't always better, though. Each person inherits different strengths and weaknesses from the gene pool, so it's important to take your time and found out what gym workout is best for your unique body. To dispel that last little thought in your head, no - steroids are never a good option unless you want to add the increased risk of heart disease and stroke to your exercise routine.

I'm calling shennanigans! He looks great, but 23lbs of lean mass is an insane amount and would take several years for most people to put on. You can go from pudgy to ripped in 6 months of intense training but you can't straight up gain 23lbs in 6 months, and he'd be bigger with that amount of weight gain. Not buying it. Scale the photos properly (align nipples and belly button) and I'm saying no dice. I just did it in photoshop and I'm not buying it.

Please stop telling people they can achieve this result in such a short amount of time, unless you want to suggest the use of illegal (and dangerous) stuff. This will demotivate anyone that will try to improve their body when facing the harsh reality: gaining mass in a natural way requires A LOT of time.
this one, is maybe the only one that can be done. The guy had no fat at all. The only thing he had to do, is eat loooots of quality food and train a lot. I don´t think that steroids were essentials for him.

I’ve done 20 lbs in under 4 months maintaining my bodyfat. Have gone from 170 to 190lbs maintaining a 12% bodyfat. Using large amounts of protein 3500 calories a day training 4-5 times a week and taking protein shakes with creatine daily. Also eating testosterone boosting foods. This is the initial gain though and I know I’m plateauing now

That’s steroids or other supplements. Claiming it not to be is dangerous and misleading. Even in the most genetically fit only around four pounds of leanudcle is possible, this looks like he gained at least 20 or more pounds of lean mass and not much fat at all, which lean gains are even slower than ones where people gain body fat with surplus calories as well.

This is actually well documented this was done in a short amount of time with a program called Freeletics which I am also apart off. I have had similar results well in 6 months. Dont go on discrediting other peoples hard work without knowing the effort and pain theyve gone and put in, just because you can't.
Just to let you know, the one on the left and one on the right are different people. They are the twins and worked out together for five month. The one on the left did not become the one on the right, but achieved some muscle gain definitely. It's also the photos... arms position (not showing depth of biceps nor triceps in before), pushing out his belly in before... not dissing, still very impressive, but definitely attainable w/ the right nutrition, workout, and sups within 3 months.

You went from slightly underdone, to very overdone. You'd just needed a bit of toning, a little firming up, not bodybuilding competition level muscles! You needed to stop, at the latest, midway through these 2 pictures! And the typical competition fake orange tan! Lawd almighty. You had a very nice womanly figure, all soft beautiful rounded curves in all the right places, but YOU thought that there was something wrong with that. In your competition shape, you look hard, angular, beautiful full boobies now squashed flat in a too small top, not feminine, cuddly or huggable anymore, just your typical Barbie doll, but with muscles. But, I guess, if it makes you happy to look like this, then it makes you happy. It's your body, and this, just my opinion afterall. Kudos for the hard work you put in to change yourself like this. I know what it takes.

I go to the gym 5-6 times a week and started about a year and half ago and in no way do I look like that. I have dropped 2 percentage points but it has been gradual improvement. I have not seen anyone change unless they were on steroids.
So many of these, this one included, show a progression from child to adult. That doesn't make their achievement any less awesome, but it's more than working out between these pictures.
Some changes can't be made in 3 months, without drug, every one who's been to a gym knows that, makes me sick this people who keep saying that they did a huge transformation in 3 months without any drug or surgery.
The term “in shape” is generally considered to mean in good physical condition. Why do you consider huge muscles to be your definition of in shape and want people to “bulk up big-time”? Do you think huge muscles are natural? If so, then why don’t people have them naturally? If you think huge muscle are what classifies a person as being in shape, then do you think Bruce Lee was not in shape? Do you think Olympic marathoners and Olympic gymnasts are not in shape?
