Do you feel yourself getting the creepy crawlies whenever you think about bugs? Or do you find them fascinating and get excited whenever one sneaks its way into your home? Whatever it is, we are pretty sure that you don’t want to miss out on Ali Beckman’s unique works.
Ali uses insects that were either donated, purchased, or found dead to create amusing cartoons and highlight the key roles insects play in our environment. And besides this little fact, we’d like you to know that her work more often than not highlights the importance of loving yourself and finding the confidence to say that, yes, you can do anything you put your mind to.
She uses the insects to get her point across and creates art that’s all part of her project called “So Fly Taxidermy.” Ali’s work started out as a hobby, but soon after, it blossomed into a popular Instagram account (@soflytaxidermy) where she posts her illustrations for over 178k people to see!

They are comparatively hardy though, as long as they have trees, sun, and milkweed, though, as read in "the Butterfly Effect"

I'm the kind of person who catches these critters alive and frees them outside my house. Puts me in mind of Body Worlds by Gunther von Hagens and Angelina Whalley...just not my cup of tea, folks.

I actully think the cool. I have quite the few dead bugs from just walking around. I have a really pretty dragonfly. There's nothing wrong with this. It's like taxidermy which is also an art.
