I feigned to look at the man as he spoke, and he spoke with the malicious arrogance of a captor reveling in his triumph. My eyes, though, were focused on the brick and crumbling plaster of the cemetery wall behind him. They had come. The wall before had been nothing to strain my powers of credulity; just plaster stained with two centuries of moss. Like the tail-end of a hallucination, however, a figure emerged from the green-black discoloration, taking from the darkness of the mossy wall to give itself form. I glanced away and back again. Another form had appeared. My pursuer and I settled to exchange words, and by then I reckoned it was over. A spark played through his glassy eyes, and a knife shone under his coat as he bore down on me.

Not sure if you are talking about the Acrylic paint down the drain photos but Acrylic isn't toxic. I am an Acrylic artist too and at least MOST acrylic paint isn't toxic any longer.

It makes me so happy to see these pictures.....and to think of all the people who took the pictures. I am a big fan of noticing the the beautiful patterns in our everyday lives. I think that is one of the most important functions of Art--to point out the extraordinary in the ordinary. Thank you so much to everyone who posted here. You really helped to uplift my spirit.

I had a teacher bring in a chunk of paint like #6 and we had to guess what it was. (we were about 7) It looked like marble but it was way too light to be a rock. I don't think anyone guessed, but I've not seen another one till just now
