I have a fridge magnet a friend gave me that says One cat away from being a crazy cat lady. Couldn’t resist taking in two kittens found under my neighbour’s porch last fall. Was going to take them to the shelter but then, well, they were so darn cute once they stopped being semi-feral and learned to purr.
