Sarah C. Anderson takes a funny look at what it's like to be a modern woman in her web-comic “Sarah's Scribbles.” Anderson graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2014, and publishes one semi-autobiographical comic every Wednesday and Saturday. She keeps a separate portfolio of non-cartoon illustrations here.

I made a decision/resolution to only wear my bras twice before washing only to discover my cousin had just made exactly the same resolution. They are much more comfortable clean, which I wasn't expecting.

The problem is not so much the price but to find the right one. And when you get one, that he doesn't change his shape or colour or the way he fits you good. Frustrating.

Why do we do this?? I totally do this. Maybe I never wash them cuz they are on while I do laundry. I mean they're right next to our armpits

Having big cups combined with a smaller chest size, it's super hard to find the one that fits me. And when I finally do find one, it usually turns out to be hyper-expensive!! Now THAT's discrimination.... TT_TT

U can't do this is if u stay in a hot and humid country. The only thing relateable here is jeans.

I just bought a new bra. I wore it until the colors of my shirts started turning it rainbow colored.

Bras are expensive, hand wash & air drying still breaks it's structure down. I have 3 that I wear almost all the time, 2 bkup for specific styles & I try to rotate them. I use a spray that's like fabreeze & dry shampoo when I take them off, in case of odor or sweat, & I only wear them as long as I have to. I have D's, so I have to wear a bra outside, so I don't get dressed till it's time to go & I change out of it asap when I get home. Out of the 3 expensive ones, I've had to use moleskin on 2 of them because the underwire broke through, but if you cover the gap with moleskin & then sew it on (instead of thinking tape, think patching) that will last for a long time if you're careful. I wash them about every 2-4 months, depending on how often they've been worn (out of beige, dusky purple & navy, beige is worn least so can go for a yr before washing) I wash more in summer, & wear baby powder yr round. Doing that I've had the 3 exp ones 5 yrs, which is a miracle for a bra at any price.

I learned to ask right away. " Do you want help or are you just venting?" Men that question will save you alot of hassle.

When my art teacher told me that the only reason my drawings weren't as good was because I was holding the pencil wrong.

I have a friend that keeps thinking that when she misses her period. Hear it from her so many times that I have begun to tell her she is pregnant.

Very me. I'd rather throw it out of a moving vehicle then let someone use it! Lol
