As well as medical staff wearing masks on the regular, pre-Covid, they were also worn by carpenters, construction workers, car-sprayers etc to avoid breathing in dust and harmful fumes. All doing hard physical work, often out in the heat. Festival goers wear masks/bandanas to avoid breathing dust, and many traditional forms of dress in cultures from arid, desert climates include face coverings. They all manage to breathe just fine. The anti-mask brigade are just dumb, selfish and weak. If they cannot tolerate a bit of fabric over this mouth for a short time TO SAVE LIVES then they should just stay the f**k home.

Pre COVID too, We wore a mask rather regularly ; every time, we are unwell with a slight sniffle or sore throat and are out in public, we ensure that we wear a mask to protect others. I have worn a mask nearly every day , for the past 7.5 months, when walking approx 7 km one way. Sure, I sweat like crazy and have to wipe my face very frequently, On rare days , I have to change it mid walk too. But seriously, it is just a bit of disco fort for protection of self and others

I have anxiety. When I first wore a mask I had a panic attack, because it was difficult to breathe. But I still wore one, because I knew how important they were. Now I wear a mask every day. I got used to it, and now I sometimes forget to take it off. They can be difficult to breathe in when you first wear them. But get over it. I'd rather have the breathing problems with the mask than the breathing problems with the virus.

I have issues breathing without a mask so with mask on i struggle and get a headache. But still I'm not an idiot and when i have to - i wear it, I'll get a headache but won't potentially spread a virus that can kill someone. But i found that great trick to not to have to wear a mask - i don't go out of the house at all for past months lol
