Well, we can’t knock it until we’ve tried it, right? At least it’s safe to consume & bell peppers aren’t exactly what you’d call “spicy”, so it’s hardly gonna taint the milk. Stick it in a blender with some celery, cucumber & tomatoes; you’ll get a nice veggie smoothie! 🤷‍♀️😄🍅

Our exchange student from France used to drink her tea out of our bowls all the time, and we couldn't figure out what was going on. We all thought the French just didn't use mugs. When I finally went to visit her & stayed with her family, I understood. They all used bowls for tea (but not coffee, for some reason) and you could tell which bowls were to drink from - they resembled a slightly larger version of a Chinese soup bowl. Oh, and France had mugs, I was relieved to see.

No, it's a ****ing measuring jug. The only advantage of this is that you can see if you have been given a short measure. Though pub pint glasses normally have to have a mark on them to show a full pint.

Have you ever operated a commercial dishwasher? They can sanitize pretty much anything, and do it darn fast. I recall a full tray of dishes taking about 2:30 to wash with commercial detergent and high pressure steam. The only thing better is a laboratory autoclave. I'm also surprised this restaurant is in Alabama, and not Hawaii.

Japanese restaurants, like Kobe, that has hibachi where they cook in front of you and put on a show. These glasses, and they have one that looks like a pagoda, too. It's not a glass that you use and leave there. You get to keep it. Usually it's when you tell them it's your birthday, and order a drink. I have 2 of them. They're easy to clean. The opening in the back is wide enough for a dishcloth or sponge.

Odd. That's how in 'Murca's schools they sold ice pops. (surprisingly sanitary, becaise it's Impossible to knock over so that the ice touched the table.. and it squeezed like a push pop.)

This was not served like this, it was poured in by the purchaser, obviously. Those things are GRIM and often had a screw hole in the bottom!

Honda Civic strikes again! XD (pretty sure this is a 2018, just like mine). The center console is really nice from a storage perspective, but a beast and a half to clean because of all the narrow tracks and removable bits.
