If you're one of those people who think that vegan foods are all leaves and dirt, get ready to be amazed. A 16-year-old Instagrammer named Jose is banishing 'boring food' by crafting colorful, vibrant, and completely vegan breakfasts and sweets that even dedicated carnivores are drooling over.

The teen tries out a variety of trendy dishes, such as smoothie bowls and raw cheesecakes, with shimmering frozen fruit acting as both the main ingredient and the 'crown of jewels' in each vegan meal. Creamy, fresh textures abound, making each edible arrangement seem more satisfying than the last. The most appealing part of Jose's food artworks, however, is the sheer amount of color he manages to pack into each one.

Well, it looks like employing a vegan diet might not be so bad after all! We promise you'll be hungry after scrolling down and seeing these all-natural edible artworks for yourself - just be sure to vote for the ones you'll try your own hand at making.

I'm just gonna post this once here and move on, because I can't even. 1) ALL PROFESSIONALLY-PHOTOGRAPHED FOOD IS PHOTOSHOPPED. Every photo you've ever seen. Online. In a magazine. In cookbooks. All of them. (And guess what – it's not just food photography.) Go check out his IG; he readily admits to using Photoshop (as all real photographers will) and explains why. 2) Yes, some of the things he posts are not his own creations. He credits the creator when they are not. He even seems to have some cross-promotion relationships going, so in many of these cases, he may have been ASKED TO POST something to promote someone else for THEIR benefit. 3) It took me all of 9 minutes with Google, TinEye, and Instagram to figure these things out. Most of you have at least that much Internet knowledge one assumes? Why not vet something like this for yourself instead of just piling on with a critical comment based on lynch mob mentality? He's 16, for pete's sake.

so you're saying all pro food pics have artificially added elements? retouching is not the same as combining different pics together in PS xD

Any decent photographer knows how to do lighting, idiot. He would have an article about him if he was a fraud. Quit bitching.

Fake. Why? All these fruits are readily available. This discredits the whole story, which I believe is fake, too.

I'm starting to believe the story is fake too, since 'anyone can post a story on Bored Panda... as it states on the bottom of each page. He's probably trying to drive more traffic to his instagram page.

Personally, I'm not keen on eating my fruit frozen no matter how pretty it may look.

I guess the fruits are on top of jelly, so they look like they are kind of floating.

Dark chocolate like Lindt is vegan. No dairy or milk. There are also fairtrade chocolates & cacao is also used in chocolate creations. Nom!

I hate to sound like a complete B***h here, but how the hell can anyone look at those strawberries and not instantly know they're photoshopped? They are fricking floating.

Food art.. and beautiful to look at. To those who say it's photoshopped, so what? I'm sure most magazine pics are these days. I say well done to a talented 16 year old. I hope they don't let jealous idiots put them off what they're doing because they're bloody good at it.

To me it looks like the berries are frozen, I've never seen blueberries that color...no raspberries or blackberries.... It DOES look a little strange........Yes, and now I see what you guys are saying, the strawberries have no shadow, especially on the (facing you) lower right hand corner of the slice of pie. Like that berry is floating there......

Hey look!... Berries.... Again. Frozen... Again. Liquid food around it... Again. I don't know anayone that likes to eat frozen berries. If you say vegan doesn't need to be boring... These 5 pages of picures just show the opposite.

Tons and tons of fruit, he must have the shits all the time! All the 'food' is just some white goop, food colouring and frozen fruit. Over and over again... ho-hum
