Why two baths?

Typical college age through mid-twenties bachelor pad, only lacks the lawn furniture, huge wooden industrial spools, and large expensive TV (priorities, you know) in the living room.

Not to my taste but this is a great space and probably worth $$ just for the view.

You could put a wooden covering over the bath and use it as a couch, then, when it's bath time, viola.

Original homeowner living out their opulent dreams. Fun!

A lot of these are really pretty normal spaces, just without furniture (because someone has moved out) and needing a lot of fixing up.
