Similar to Greek photographer Anthimos Ntagkas, Edas Wong likes to play in the streets with a camera. Only, Wong primarily does it on the other side of the world — Hong Kong.
His playful shots cleverly utilize both the foreground and background. In many cases, it's even hard to tell which of them is the cornerstone of the image; whether it's a man in front of a poster that gives him a Goku haircut or someone walking with shoes that look just like the fish painted on the ground, the dance between the two is often what makes the image.

Wong started dabbling in street photography in 2012. "The reason why I chose this particular type of photography as opposed to any other is quite simple, actually," he told Bored Panda. "I didn't need to learn an advanced technique or have expensive gear; just my small camera. Ideal for a beginner."
Wong approaches the whole process as a somewhat meditative experience. "In order to take a memorable street photo, I try to empty my mind as much as possible and really concentrate on the street itself."

Being present and immersing himself in the area allows Wong to spot even the smallest details and capture events as they unfold, such that cannot be foreseen and take place in only a split second.
"When I am shooting, it's all instinctual, I do not plan my shots," Wong said. "I just go out there and enjoy everything around me."

Totally random and off point here but this picture just reminded me of this! Right, has anyone seen the Jimmy Kimmel YouTube video of Ben Affleck on his show, and Ben's telling Jimmy how his scene in the movie Batman V Superman has been cut out of the movie? In the scene (where Bruce Wayne is talking to Clark Kent) Jimmy's holding up his phone taking a picture of Bruce Wayne when he realises, because of the way he's holding the phone, that Bruce Wayne is actually Batman! And then Clark Kent removes his glasses and Kimmel realises he's Superman, so he starts telling everyone else who they are lol! It's funnier if you watch it lol, I'm really not good at explaining it! But the crux of the joke is that that's the reason why Kimmel's scene was cut from the movie lol! It is quite funny lol!

Lol, I was thinking 'The guy in the ad next to this one looks like this guy' lol! Then I realised it's the same bloody man! I have previous for this kinda "mistaken identity" thing lol! Years ago, watching a music thing about the Rolling Stones, I said to my dad about Ronnie Wood "He looks like him that played with Rod Stewart"! He looked at me oddly and said "It is him!" lol! Then, a couple of years ago, I did it again, watching old Top of the Pops episodes with my man! One of them had The Kinks on it singing 'Lola'. It was in colour and was in the 70's! Another one was a 60's episode, black and white, with this group singing 'You Really Got Me' (I think that's the title of the song anyway!), and I turn to my partner and say, AGAIN, "Those 2 guys look like those 2 that sing 'Lola'"! He turns to me, with that same odd look my dad gave me with the Ronnie Wood incident, and says "That IS them that sing 'Lola'"!! In my defence I was born in 1980!

I'm no law expert, but I'm pretty sure if your in a public space a photographer is allowed to take your photo (within reason, of course.).
