Everywhere you turn in Er-Riadh, there’s art. It’s everywhere. The ancient village on the Tunisian island of Djerba, the last several months of high summer had been slowly transformed from a sleepy, traditional little corner of North Africa that has never heard of street art, into a world stage for one of the most vibrant and ambitious street art projects ever imagined.

Tunisia itself is such a wonderful country - but with the different art at the walls it is even nicer!
I think it is lovely that this village allowed this art to express himself all over their town. : )
The greatest thing you'll ever learn Is just to love and be loved in return" "The greatest thing you'll ever learn Is just to love and be loved in return" What a lovely quote, so touching and so true.
exactly my thought.... I like street art but only if is not destroying or masquerading another Artist or a place that is beautiful due to its heritage, an ancient artist. Street artist should know better and most of them will hopefully respect history if they consider themselves real artists.

Yet 'Bored Panda' is making out this has only recently happened. To quote: "The ancient village on the Tunisian island of Djerba, the last several months of high summer had been slowly transformed from a sleepy, traditional little corner of North Africa that has never heard of street art, into a world stage ..." Asides from the clunky grammar, it does imply this has been happening this (northern) summer. Heck just copying it seems a little sloppy to me, but yeah I get ya.
