My name is Lucia, and I have a unique story. My husband and I didn’t have plans for a big family. My first pregnancy, I had a baby boy. My second pregnancy, I had twin boys. Then, my surprise third pregnancy, I had triplet girls.
Life is busy but I just love my big family. This was never my life plan but now, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love being a Mum.

So first, we had our son, and we were so happy to have grown our family. Then, when we found out we were having twins, we were so shocked, we couldn’t stop laughing at the ultrasound office. Then, when we found out we were having triplets, we couldn’t speak. We just couldn’t comprehend it. It was so surreal. The triplets arrived at 35 weeks and life became super busy. Breastfeeding three babies was a big challenge, but we did it.
Getting all six kids ready to go out took a long time. Preparation was the key. Luckily, I had my mum living close to us and she was able to help out. Also, allowing extra time when we went out in public, as everyone wants to talk to you when they see triplets and twins. The questions were sometimes very personal and very repetitive, but you can’t blame people for being so interested. Once I had a stranger ask if they could kiss one of my baby triplets. What? No!!
There was no me time in the early times, but I enjoyed going for a walk with the triplets in the pram, and boys on their bikes. It was my relaxation time. My triplet pram was awesome, but it was big… and no, it didn’t fit everywhere. I remember going to the zoo for the first time with all the kids, and we couldn’t fit through the gate. Luckily, we were able to use the staff delivery gate around the corner. You get used to such challenges.
Now, the kids are older, life is still busy, but different. I work part-time as a Photographer, and all the kids are at school. We still make time for family holidays which is our favorite thing to do. Spending time together exploring new places is what we look forward to the most.

You have a beautiful family! And... the chances to have twins AND triplets... well... I've never seen it before!!
brace yourself, apparently there was a russian peasant over two hundred years ago, that gave birth to the biggest amount of kids ever (sixty something maybe), and what bothers me most, none of those was a singleton, multiples all the way, just a fun fact :)
I heard that story, holy heck. Can you imagine what that poor woman's abdomen must have looked like? Not to mention her innards.
Can you imagine? I have two kids (1 of each) and my husband has 3. One of the nicest things he ever did for me was to have a vasectomy. I just know that man would have knocked me up with little "Dennis the Menace" red-headed twin boys.
My friends grandmother had 24 kids, no singles either. All twins or triplets. I only have one child whose 30 now. But I did have twins as a young girl in my twenties, but they died. They were taken out from me at 5 1/2 months.
Aw, what a cute bunny! More bunny pics!
Bunny?
In the christmas pic you can find it :-)
What great siblings! I hope they love each other this much as they get older.
