Last year Bored Panda already featured Lera Kiryakova and her incredibly adorable portraits. For the whole year she kept working and improving and now we present a few more beautiful celebrity portraits.
Lera Kiryakova is a Russian artist, who creates hand-drawn doll-like portraits.

Regardless of whatever connection Aphrodite may have to Venus, the painting is named "The Birth of Venus".

I am always amazed by artists who are able to capture a likeness while drawing in a stylized way. I worked for a long time to develop this skill, but am definitely not there yet.
Me too. I’ve drawn Marilyn Monroe, Oprah like that... and few other (for an art class I look).

Same. Every time I draw a well known character, they're recognizable but just look like mindless chibi characters.
YES YES so much better than doing a muggle hyper realist painting.
I would go crazy if she drew Son Heung-Min from Tottenham Hotspur...(starts imagining an adorable guy drawn in a adorable style)
Sooo in what way are they cartoons now? Besides ones that are chibi and not woudnt even look alike if not clothes?
