I love the pop of color in this artwork. This type of design can be so versatile. Making a smaller one for jewelry, keys, etc would be neat for anyone who likes color.

Just guessing - put them in the freezer for a while, then take them out and hit with a hammer. I bet a stack of CDs would work even better.

Though it looks very nice I don't think many birds will make use of this since it is too shiny.

So I just found this site and I'm so excited to do some or a few of these projects I have kept all my CDs for over 20yrs and I have well over 5-8 thousands of them I am in the process of buying a home and I'll have little $$ to decorate so this is gonna be the best housewarming gift I can give myself Can't wait to start and make my cd decorated room or rooms Thank you soo soooo much for the inspiration ideas

Great ideas! Dumb people in the comments though lol but lol "is there yet directions?" "Can I get th directions?" Sure, you break or cut up some old cds and glue them to various objects to make them shiny. Lmao XD and mother of pearl if I hear how "that looks just like mother of pearl!" ONE more time I'm logging off and watching spongebob 😂😂😂

Kitchen scissors, the kind used to cut through chicken and carcasses....I didn't mean to make that sound gross.

Super glue, wood glue and grout will work for most of these projects... Any hardware store can tell you what is best for each project.
