This is hilarious. Unfortunately, it isn't funny irl. I know someone who is like this; he grew up spoiled and expects everything he breaks to be replaced. So, he mistreats everything until it breaks and can't appreciate anything he has.

Evil. But in today's (starting about during the last crash in. 08)s economy, sadly true. Mind, I know people who actually love doing a "switch brain off job", one even does it for 25hrs a week WITHOUT needing the money cause it chills him down. But nobody should be forced to do a job they don't even remotely like to get minimum 2age (or just above etc).

If you've got an otherwise wonderful pet that doesn't hurt anyone, the "garage hug" is a great short-term solution. It's easy for pets to become over-excited by new or rare stimuli as well as confused by our behavior because we react differently than they would. Yelling at them when they're barking is barking as far as they're concerned and you're reinforcing that barking is right because *you* do it when they do. Dogs look to us for behavioral and social cues, and we have to try to keep that in mind. The best thing about this cartoon imo is that the dog *is* clueless but perfectly cooperative and cheerful. They're not traumatized at all.
