Australian Artist Associates Medicine With Popular Characters By Drawing Them On Packaging
Ben Frost is an Australian artist, best known for his colorful Pop Art, mash-up paintings, inspired by graffiti, collage, photo-realism, and sign-writing.
The artist draws popular cartoon characters on the medical packaging. Usually, the medicine correlates with the character, for example, Mr. Burns and Viagra or a pop art woman and Botox.

I didn't see the documentary you are talking about but yes fentanyl AND heroin deaths are both extremely high here in the US.
