If you’ve ever caught yourself wondering whether we are living in a simulation, well, this selection of images might make you uneasy. Some glitches that happen in real life look straight out of a video game, a movie, or a bad render.
Many of these real-life phenomena resembling glitches can be easily explained, but it does raise some interesting questions about the nature of consciousness, perception, and reality itself. And even though we might never find out whether the simulation hypothesis is true or not, these images surely will get your brains bugged.

Thatâs because thereâs space underneath the objects, so youâre seeing the shadow directly 90 degrees underneath them. You canât see that shadow under the yellow bollards because thereâs no space underneath them, since theyâre connected to the ground - if they were magically floating above the ground, you would see their shadows :) itâs called âlahaina noonâ (in Hawaii at least) and it means the sun is directly 90 degrees overhead, so all shadows will be directly underneath instead of casting to one side. Hope that made sense!

A lot of idiots like to interrupt the progress of the UFO mystery with fakes like these. Happy to see you weren't part of the problem.
Some proponents of the simulation theory argue that if we lived in a simulated world, we would be unable to distinguish between real life and a computer-generated world. They believe that the glitches and unusual phenomena we see in our world are caused by the simulation's code. Despite where you stand on the debate, considering the possibility of living in a simulated universe can be an interesting exercise in thinking outside the box. It motivates us to reconsider our assumptions about reality and take into account how our perceptions and experiences might differ if our world were not what it appears to be.

This is probably an effect of the water in the creek being thawed and frozen repeatedly. This traps minute air bubbles. Which diffuses light hitting it, almost eliminating shadows. When layered over with a clear layer of ice on a cloudy day, creates this illusion. Very cool.

I have always/will always think it's a cloaking device sometimes when clouds look like this and we are being watched. It would be a perfect disguise for visitors... Not saying there are aliens here, just saying I have a big imagination. UFOS are very real so maybe I'm right.

Not a fish person, but I assume what's happening is the coloring of the fish (dark on top, light on bottom) reads like shadows to our brains so when they're held in different directions it looks like bad photoshop.

I used to be scared of them as a kid. I used to follow railroad tracks on adventures and sometimes if youâre lucky, you can find money that I presume came from the pockets of railway workers. Once there was a $5 bill with a praying mantis guarding it. I was too scared to grab it, but 5 bucks in the 70âs was a fortune to a kid, so I was patient enough to wait it out until the bug moved. Funny I havenât seen any as an adult and I have a large property and garden spaces in the country. Maybe they are like butterflies and have been affected by pesticides and herbicides.
