@ahegaoangeI has offered Twitter users a nice deal: pictures of their anime doppelgangers in exchange for retweets. And it's been paying off for both sides. So far, @ahegaoangeI has got 25.2K retweets and their authors have received an interesting selection of their anime character lookalikes. Needless to say, the initiator of the exchange can't keep up with the demand, but he's doing a mighty fine job considering the amount of "requests" he's receiving.
Ever wanted to see what a cartoon character version of you would look like? Retweet this post and who knows, maybe you'll win the lottery and @ahegaoangeI will pick you as his next lucky subject to pair you with a famous character.

"I've been interested in anime since I was about 5," Angel, the guy behind the project, told Bored Panda. He said his fascination with the genre started with the show was Bleach. "I stayed up really late one night watching Adult Swim and [it] came on and I loved it because I thought the action was really cool."
Angel likes romance anime the most. "Honestly, there's this one called Oregairu, it's my favorite," he said. "And this hilarious one called Ben-To. I could literally watch those all day."
i have them but it takes a LOT of patience and gets anyoing quick worth it for me though!
Load More Replies...Interestingly, Angel has already promised people to find their famous doppelgangers in exchange for retweets on his old Twitter accounts but they've never gotten this big. "This was honestly a shocker but I got the idea from someone else who tweeted this 2, maybe 3 years ago," he explained.
"I usually just get the picture of the person first and I've seen so many anime that a character will literally pop up in my mind the moment I see them most of the time and I'll basically assign them that character."
I don't like those little drawn on black tears though, they look kinda stupid
Haven't seem a tongue ring in a while. I had one 20 years ago. Wish I still had it
U can have one whenever u want, my friend. I encourage u to do it!
Load More Replies...yeah, no, just because she's got pink hair doesn't mean she looks exactly like that character
They don’t really look alike but does anyone know the name of the girl?
I think if he had dreads then it would look more alike other than that it’s cool
Shuttup, it must be hard to find an anime character that looks EXACTLY like someone.
Load More Replies...What raroa said.... he’s right people, use your eyes for once in your life... 🤦♂️
Load More Replies...she has those contacts that make the iris bigger and appear more doll like
Load More Replies...Because you have to give some leg room based on the lower detail in anime's. When you ignore the generic look of anime art you can see the similarities. In this photo it's the thick top eye line, hair (even the light glow), pushed out ear and redness under the eyes. The jawline, nose and mouth take three lines to draw in a large proportion of characters

Only real AOT know that the ONLY ASIAN PERSON is Mikasa. Levi is actually mostly French.
not gonna lie, if she didn't have dreads and had that exact same hairdo they would look identical
i love sailor uranus so much and shes one of the few anime characters i have found i have a resemblance to
Good idea, but most of these are either a stretch, either the anime character looks so simplified anyone can resemble them.
Some very beautiful people in this article but their anime matchings? Are... Mmmm well.. MEH same colour of hair and length is as close as it gets for the majority. Lol
It's kind of hard for anyone to really resemble an animated character.
