Some people are so desperate for love, attention, and likes that they’re willing to do practically anything to draw in the crowd on social media. The sad fact is that some folks out themselves as bad parents when they take to humiliating their own kids for clicks. It’s worse than it sounds, dear Pandas.

We’ve collected some of the most egregious cases of horrible parents making fun of their children, as shared on the 2.1-million-member strong ‘Insane People Facebook’ subreddit. Of course, everyone’s sensitive information is kept private to protect them. But the posts show the very low lows that some folks stoop to just to impress… well, we’re not really sure who they’re trying to impress with such despicable behavior, really. Warning: some of these pics deal with neglectful parents and might make you uncomfortable or anxious if you have experienced anything like this yourself.

If you have any faith in humanity left, keep a tight grip on it, Pandas, because you might lose it. When you’re done with this article, you might want to take a look through Bored Panda’s earlier list about r/insanepeoplefacebook right over here.

Bored Panda got in touch with the friendly moderators who take care of the entire r/insanepeoplefacebook subreddit for a chat about people wanting to get attention on social media. You'll find our interview with them as you scroll down.

Yes you won !!! 1st price for being just about the WORST sperm donor on this planet because I will not call you a father. You have a 9 year old little boy who was no match for a bully like you.How do you know he was not in early stages of an illness, thowing up and off food is an early sympton on coming down with something.I feel sorry for your wife as well, but my heart goes out to this little boy you tortured.SHAME ON YOU !!!

This one was super upsetting to me. Just a warning to anyone who's just started reading this list, they do not get better. There are no good stories of justice being served to the abusers in this list. Not worth reading, and potentially triggering.

I hope your wife realizes that she is married to an abuser, and needs to get out NOW. Maybe you don't physically abuse your family, but mental abuse is just as bad. Men like you are COWARDS. Yes, coward. You must always be right, always in control, no matter who you hurt. I bet this will piss you off and you will throw a temper tantrum just like the three year old you are. If you want to do what is best for you and your family, please go for counseling. PLEASE!

I really want to see what replies they got in the parenting group and whether anyone told them the damage they're doing. My kid has always been told "you don't have to finish it". If they were complaining of hunger later on, they might get the leftovers re-heated, but never, ever will I insist she clean her plate of food.

And to think that some children murder their parents, and then people wonder how bad could they really have been as parents. Watch this kid.

If this is the stuff they publicly admit to and consider a win, one can only imagine what they're like at their worst. Heartbreaking.

The moderators running the 'Insane People Facebook' subreddit spoke to Bored Panda about how some people fixate on getting attention on social media far too much.

"If social media causes you to neglect important aspects of your life, like work, family, friendships, health, then you have a problem. If it's causing you emotional grief or becomes the central focus of your life then it's a problem," they warned what folks should look at to see if they need to dial back and reprioritize.

Thats blatant child abuse. I come from the school of "Children should be seen, not heard". I get blamed for something, try to defend myself, "Be quiet, and do as i say". I thought that was our families motto. Being seen and not heard, hurt me developmentally, I lost the love of my life cuz i couldnt communicate my feelings or stand up for myself, so toxicity breeds toxic behavior. It has taken me twenty years to tell my mother how she made me feel, shes 75 now, and still doesnt understand how hurtful it was, she still says i need to man up. Mom I am the only one caring for you and your disability in your twilight years, let your stubbornness go. Yes I have given up trying to get closure, Ive accepted we are from two very different trains of thought. I still love her toxic ass. She's my mom and I realized she has her own demons and past traumas that drive her to act as such. Other than the whole be seen not heard, real men dont show emotions (dont cry) she's damn near a saint

It's no secret that some individuals bend the truth quite a bit for the sake of getting likes on social media. According to the moderators, common sense is very useful when it comes to identifying online lies. "We can often tell by reviewing a user's post history or other users may point out that the poster is not being truthful," they shared some of the things that people can consider when judging whether an internet user is trustworthy.

The r/insanepeoplefacebook mods explained that they're all volunteers, so there isn't necessarily someone "on duty" 24/7. "Moderation is basically a hobby for us. We do have a large mod team distributed across multiple continents so we have pretty good coverage," they said that they have a great team and they all do their best to create a welcoming, friendly environment.

but we are doing worse with Biden. Ill take the "lesser of evils" and pray and hope Trump does make it back in office. At least he cared about America to fight for it, not give it away. Id rather have a business man than a senile old man. I dont care either way the personal tweets and life of our presidents just as long as they do right by our people as a whole. Biden is NOT doing anything close to that. Biden is destroying the U.S. We need a business man (cough Trump) not an old man lost and confused and an administration that is more worried about politics and how they look. People should probably just wake up, get their asses out of politics and start looking as America as a desperate business that needs a good boss who worries about their employees (aka "we the people"). We need someone who understands money and the economy and the growing people within, not the politics and who said what and when, which color to side with. At this point who gives a f**k about sides. ONLY one side

I would hope so. Any kid paid just a little attention would know countries, the alphabet LONG BEFORE 13. I bet they're the kind who will tell you "my kid is learning about nature and jumping in puddles, he don't need no formal education he's in the school of life" etc. It takes so little to teach a kid the alphabet or hang a world map on their wall and point out some places each night/ask them to point some out.

This is why school is mandatory in Germany. (And probably most other countries.)

School should be universally mandatory. It's better for kids to learn from licensed professionals, and make friends for themselves (instead of, like, mom's friend's kids).

Teacher here. Cannot tell you how many times "home schooled" children return to a public school and are woefully behind. We are talking 10+ years old who cannot read as well as a kindergartener. Yes, we teach kindergarteners to read and write. Maybe leave that to the professionals if you are not going to actually teach. Children are people.

Id love to ask the parents, Hey what college did you attend? What was your major? Are you using it daily? Hows the student debt? College isnt for everyone, it most certianly wasnt for me. Not to brag, but Ive done equally as well as my parents, if not better. They both hold admirable degrees, Mom LPN (now would be Nurse Practitioner), Father, Two Masters from U of M in engineering and something closely related and GMI (Skilled trade school at GM). I the HS dropout, did better. Not stupid rich like dad, but comfortable and happy. Not stuck in upper middle management because my degree dictated it. People learn at their own pace. Historical dates, the US Civil war, did nothing for me. After school PC labs introduced me to IT

Just to be clear, parents shouldn't do this, but I can understand their frustration if they made sacrifices and pushed their kid to an ivy league college and then the kid drips out. I need to know why. Did the kid fail because Yale was too hard for him compared to a state school or what happened?

I hate with a passion parents that make fun of their kids for things they do. My brother had a stutter and it was only made worse by his father and it only got worse and worse and then his dad wondered why my bro doesn't talk to him now. If I ever meet that guy I'm going to punch him in his dumb face. I hope this kid gets away from his stupid parents as soon as possible or someone rescues him.

During an earlier interview, Bored Panda spoke about the r/insanepeoplefacebook subreddit, its history, and community with a couple of moderators. They noted that it’s great to see the sub having become so successful over the years.

According to them, a new generation of moderators took over from the old guard. The subreddit really took off during the 2016 US presidential election when Republican Donald Trump went up against Democrat Hillary Clinton.

"I've been here for four years or thereabout when we had 300k subscribers. The community has grown rapidly since the 2016 election and now has 2 million subscribers. It's become much more political over time as well," one of the moderators told Bored Panda.

"The subreddit can get very busy just because of the number of people who use it. Our biggest challenge is generally interference from other communities but we do have tools that deal with that. That's probably our biggest challenge," they told us.

Did they seriously post photos of their kid with this?! I bet if they looked back, they'd find they either had parents encouraging them to get out and play, or siblings to play with. Things they perhaps failed to provide for their own child. And they probably won't let her stay out in the street "till the street lights came on" as the oldies claim they did. The only failure here is the parents.

No matter what your parents say, you ROCK, you are awesome! You can do anything you want and you can not do anything you want too! I don't know if you will ever see this, but when you do, please know that you are a wonderful person and very much deserving of all the love that people want to give you. Your worth is not measured by a sports team. Or an academic team. Or any test score. You can do whatever the h3ll you want. You got this!

Wrong approach, good intent. Yes, children need to know how to handle failure. Everything will not go your way in life. Hard work is important. Some kids have to work harder to get average grades than some kids do to get good grades. BUT YOU GAVE THE KID THE PHONE, and it is your job to monitor its use. And just because you made the team and she didn't does not make you the better person.

Another moderator, u/Merari01, stressed that the sub has gotten incredibly busy since the 2016 elections.

"The subreddit has gotten a lot more busy since then and like most everything else since 2016 can get pretty partisan at times. I’m really curious about this. Did they just go there to take this photo and then leave? Or did they actually walk around at the Kennedy Space Center? I’ve been there and there is so much cool stuff. I feel really sorry for those kids if they didn’t get to see the space shuttle hanging inside or check out the space suits. I am guessing that they must live in Florida. I don’t understand how you could go there and not be amazed at what NASA accomplished. Unless, of course, you think the entirety of NASA is a big conspiracy and they didn’t really do anything.

I have a great story. As a freshman in high school, my science teacher taught the class the earth was flat. He spouted all kinds of nonsense logic and welcomed arguments from every kid willing to challenge him. He spun all the arguments in his favor. In a week, about half the class believed him. Well, ONE KID actually emailed NASA and came into class with a printout of evidence that NASA provided. The teacher smiled at the kid and told him to hang on to that. After a week of this, the teacher walked into a heated classroom of half flat-earthers and half kids who still believed the earth was round and wrote the word "PSEUDOSCIENCE" on the board. He dived into a lesson about how people can believe nonsense and sound scientific while doing so -- and how to recognize that and call it out. He commended the kid who reached out to NASA and explained how science knows the earth isn't flat. He wanted us teens to be confronted with pseudoscience straight on and learn how to deal with it.

He was recognized as teacher of the year for our state a few years later. It's been almost 20 years now, and I still remember that lesson on pseudoscience. He was a terrific teacher.

You are completely disgusting. I hope someone contacts the police, because what you did is called assault. You attacked, shamed, and humiliated a child because you think they need to be better at sports? And you’re proud of it? You might want to start planning how to take care of yourself in your old age, because I can pretty much guarantee that kid is not going to interested in helping you out.

Oh haha so funny. "I abuse my kid then laugh and brag about it on social media. Look at me being a good parent. Teaching the real lessons of life with tough love." This is just abuse and the lols every other word do not make it any better like I think they think it does.

I desperately want to see the responses they got. The kid clearly is either very little (5 or 6) or truly hates the game to be avoiding participating. Humiliating him in front of everyone as well as assaulting him is not going to make him like it more.

What the Hell?! Punishing a child for not doing well in a sport is horrifying! You certainly showed your "roots" today. I can only hope the coach kicked your sorry ass off the field permanently and let your child sit out the rest of the game. If you tried to come after your child again, the cops would be slapping handcuffs on you.

Lady, depression isn’t an”phase”. It’s a disease resulting from a chemical imbalance in the brain. What you can do is get him to a doctor before he comes home from school one day and hangs himself.

Best case scenario would be, that with the help needed the depression is cured. Then, years later the kid can say, "at one phase in my adolescence, I had depression." Not gonna happen if the mom doesn't wake up tho.

So, in the past (and even in some places today), families have had one room houses. Kids are not only going to hear stuff, but see stuff as well. Might not be great in this situation, but it is a part of life. She probably already saw stuff on tv, let alone on the internet. But yeah, the parents could try to be quiet. I don't think it's a huge issue that she hears them, I just don't like how the parent reacted. How should an 11 year old know how to address something like that properly when her own parent calls it "ummm you know"? I don't think she was being disrespectful, probably just extremely uncomfortable.

The long hair one is a picture of the highlights the young girl got for her birthday. The short hair ones are what her father did as a reaction to them.

She will be traumatised by the memory of her father's actions for the rest of her life. Parents have no right to modify their child's body for any reason. A child is a not a possession. Relieved to hear this was reported and acted upon.

I don't really understand what happened here. The girl had highlights put in and the a*****e "father" sheared her hair because he didn't like it, and because he wanted to annoy his ex-wife? Is that right? Honestly, it's sometimes difficult for me to understand the depths of some people's idiocy.

Yes, yo got it right. Dad and his gf chopped off the girl's hair after she had gotten highlights for her birthday. She spent a weekend with the father and got "delivered" back with that "haircut".

The mom & sperm donor were already divorced. Mom took her daughter to get highlights for her birthday. Then when the daughter went to spend the weekend with the sperm donor, he & his girlfriend cut the daughter's hair themselves.

Social media might attract the 'wrong' people and have the authorities at their door to do a well child check. Some neighbor took pics of a young person while dressing in their own room, from their house to show that he's indecent???? Had the cops at their own door for taking pics of a minor. Charged with a crime, that taught them !

The kid being stood there with this sign is ridiculous, If they had stolen money and the sign said "I'm a thief", if they'd bullied other kids and the sign had said "I'm a bully" I could understand at least. But "disrespecting" parents? really? Just like you never disrespected your parents or siblings by not wanting to give them your money. I'm sorry that happened to you and I hope you know now that that's not ok

Well.... My son is 1, his name is Andrew. We've told family that we won't be using the nickname Andy. However, he's 1, I can't imagine barging into his elementary school in the future to demand he be called by his full name. This child is making friends and forming an identity, she's damaging him and now this kid will be known as Andrew with the psycho mother.

If you don't like nick names, don't give your child a name that has a common nick name. My first name is Nicholas and I've been called Nick since before I can remember and everyone calls me Nick. Growing up i heard plenty of Nick at Night, St. Nick, Nickelodeon etc. Then, my last name is the same as a humorous actor from an 80/90s sitcom. So yeah, I got that too. Name your kid whatever you want, but you can't control what 7.5B people will call them.

All my cousins are older than I am. We're all well into adulthood now. My entire life we called my cousin by his full first name, I always accepted as what he preferred and assumed he preferred it to the common short version of it.A few years ago my cousin met my SO for the first time he introduced himself as 'full name' or 'short version'. That was a moment of complete surprise for me I asked hin if he preferred the short version he said yes. He said family always called him the full version (not out of spite) but all friends includeding his wife called him by the short version. I told him he should have told me years ago, and I'd have called him by the sort version.

Ik this one specifically isn't about the covid vaccine, but just a reminder, in most cases the vaccine is good for your kid and highly recommended by just about every vaccine, contagious virus, anything relating to covid and the vaccine expert. Ofc there's exceptions, for example, my sister has an autoimmune disorder, with like an 80% survival rate, and one of the main killers of it is also the most common serious symptom the vaccine can cause in her age group. So that's a good reason for her not to get it, however, I have no valid reason not to have it, and yet my parents won't vaccinate me either (for covid, I have all my other vaccines) beside that, no one in my family would wear masks except me :/

Thank you for protecting your sister. I know it's not even a question for you, of course you're going to wear a mask and try to keep yourself and her safe, but that doesn't mean it's easy. I can't imagine the family pressure or the stress or anything else you must be dealing with. For your sake and the sake of immunocompromised people everywhere, I hope this is over soon

Just look at old cemeteries, as there are plenty of graves of children who died from things we now have vaccines for, such as measles, rubella, whooping cough, etc.

When a mandate is telling you to mask up when your state was having a huge outbreak in Covid numbers back in 2020 but you want to just get attention. So you use your son, drag him through this when he doesn't understand so you can make yourself look like the victim.

"A good sign of people going overboard in seeking attention and recognition on social media is when they start exaggerating or making things up. If you find yourself doing that, stop and check yourself, and maybe realign your priorities in life," Mike gave some good advice about when to tell that there’s a problem with how you view social media.

It is possible that Poison Control was called and they are going by what they told them. I had to call them one time for my daughter and they told me what to do and what would probably happen, what could happen, and what exactly to go to the ER for. However, documenting things like this on FB and in the manner in which it is written is odd to me. I'd feel like a horrible parent and be so concerned even if I talked to PC. I would not be sharing it on FB like this.

Just in case anyone out there is wondering, if anyone drinks any substance that is not to be ingested you must always go to the hospital and try to take the bottle of what they have drunk. Some people think if they are sick they have got rid of the substance but this is not the case. If they are not sick chances are they haven't ingested enough for it to hit the stomach but this still requires a hospital visit as quickly as possible, If on the other hand they are sick this means they have drunk enough for it to hit their stomach and should be rushed to hospital immediately. Being sick does not mean they have cleared out what they drank and the longer it is left the more damage it will do.

WTF! About a year ago I accidentally gave my daughter the wrong medication both were prescribed to her I happened to grab the wrong bottle (correct dosage). When I realized that I had done that I immediately called her pediatrician explained the situation and they said it was fine and I could give her the correct medication and they wouldn't react to each other. I freaked out initially when I made the mistake, at least I sought medical advice.

"Your instincts can usually tell you when something is made up, and old-fashioned online sleuthing can usually confirm it," Mike told Bored Panda.

I disagree. I don't think this is any different than making ur kid a "monster repellent"'spray for their closet at night....or something like a lucky eraser for tests to ease their anxiety. As long as it doesn't go. Too far I see no harm. But let's hope mom realizes that oils aren't the cure for cancer or something.

When my daughter was tiny I knitted her a little purple mouse that we called Fear Mouse. It was his job to take away fear and be strong when she didn't want to be. It wasn't to make her do things she didn't want to, it was just to make her feel better. However, I didn't turn him into a pyramid scheme and demand that everyone else use a Fear Mouse...

This one is a little bit more of a gray area. With kids getting on social media at such young ages, and the rise of cyber bullying it is important to know what your kid is doing. When my son was growing up electronics were only allowed in the living room. No taking them to his bedroom. Also told him we reserved the right to look at his devices.

I don't like to reveal my age online but I'm an upperclassman in highschool and my mother reads all my texts, looks at the music I listen to, and goes thru my internet history. This doesn't stop me from doing what I want, it has just taught me how to be sneaky and how to lie. Please don't do this to your kids.

Unfortunately this is a gray area for parents. I have a 10 year old daughter and don't plan on giving her a phone for a few more years. We are very down to earth people and treat our daughter almost like a roommate and not a child meaning we talk about everything and anything and we always make sure to listen and treat her with respect. But when she gets a phone, we will be checking it periodically. I don't care what music she listens to or what she looks at. But I do want to make sure she's not being bullied, threatened, or falling for a predator. A parents job is to make sure their kid is safe, but try to do it from a distance.

Tbh, checking your young teen's phone time to time is needed to know if there's something going on that could put your kid in danger. It's been deemed irresponsible not to monitor teen's phones by authorities, and if anything happens to your kids it's the parent's fault for not catching it. Js. Been there.

Let me break this down to you as soon as the internet came out there was kids dieing from this!? And there are a lot of bad stuff on the internet. I don't want my kid watching someone blowing there head off or someone torturing someone. I don't want my 10 yr watching porn. I'm sorry I such a. Bad parent for being aware of what my child is doing. And I do think it is wrong she posted it on internet and do think when you get o a certain age there should be privacy but for children that could be hurt at younger ages. Hell woman are even being murdered by people on the freaking internet I'm sorry but I care about my kid if I can stop that from happening I will! ✌️💞

Instead of invading your children's privacy you could create a healthy, trustful environment at home so that your children feel confident to talk to their parents about anything. They need to know they will be supported, helped and valued. It's "funny" how people don't really take their kids seriously and ridicule or ignore them, and then they complain because their kids don't tell them when something goes wrong.

Here where I live, this kind of thing could get CPS involved, (at least it used to now it might have to be something other than weed). They will drug test you and your child if they have any suspicion you used during pregnancy. Now that weed has become more acceptable idk if it's still something they check for and under what circumstances because I know way too many people who continued smoking weed while pregnant but yeah, it's possible.

You could’ve stopped after your first three words. Hospitals in most states would contact CPS for this. That’s because they’re blind to facts. Canna babies, as they’re called, are known to hit every milestone they’re supposed to. Not only that but they also tend to hit them early and they also tend to have a higher IQ than many of their peers.

For people who say marijuana isn't addictive I am a substance abuse counselor and also went to treatment for marijuana dependance. I assure you, it's addictive. It's also harmful to babies in utero. You can't inhale a mind-altering substance through your your pregnancy and not expect in-utero effects.

Yup. A parent sends that note and I'm bringing it to the counselors and the admin so they both know the parent is bonkers and I'm dealing with any issues that come up entirely between me and the student unless I 100% absolutely can't avoid getting the parents involved. I'm also not communicating with the parents without it being in writing or with a witness present.

You know what, this reminds me of the time when I was young. Couldn't have been older than 7maybe 8. My dad kept telling me to clean my room. Well i wanted a friend to come over(which is another thing he always did. Tell me if I want my friends to come over clean my room. Then he'd say no or change his mind.) anyhow I was sitting on my bed cleaning my room. I was sorting through puzzle and game pieces. So in order to put all the puzzle pieces in the correct boxes I had to do the puzzles because they were all mixed together. Well my dad came in the room and flipped out. He completely flipped my mattress, with not just me on it but all of the puzzles and game pieces I had already worked so hard to separate. That has stuck with me. The rage he had, I have never forgot and I was just a kid. I'm 31. Throwing a tantrum isn't going to teach your kids a damn thing other than you are unstable.

To be fair! I watched a little girl throw a fit at Walmart once over some cereal I heard her whining about for over six aisles and mom turns around and tantrums harder. Kid stops immediately, looks confused and mortified and the mom says "Yeah. That's what I thought. I can play like that too." Had to laugh.

My mom got my dad to take off my bedroom door once. (I was 12 at the time). Guess what? I had gotten a screwdriver for my birthday and I'm my father's daughter. I unscrewed the bulbs in the lamps ever so slightly, loosened the clothes racks in their closets, and yes, took away the doors. Two days later, they gave me back my door and I went ahead and fixed everything. Violence isn't the answer. It's the question, and the answer is yes.

Um, Lego is cool and robotics can lead to a fulfilling and well paid job. One that lasts much longer than a football career and does not result in as many physical injuries.

My daughter had the hairline of a follicley challenged middle aged man at birth. The newborn hair tends to fall out after a few weeks and then grow back in a different colour. She switched from black hair to blond. I'm guessing this mother just doesn't know much about babies and needs a little help.

If your kid is overweight, then a good way to help them lose weight is VR. Buy them a VR set and some games such as beat sabre and Roborecall. These involve a good deal of movement that will give a great workout while having fun at the same time. Win win! I do it and my weight is dropping slowly. I can't play for long

I'm poly, I have kids. I would feel so disgusted with myself if my kids knew when I was having "fun time" with my partners. That is not something they need to know and, as the parent, it's on me to keep my private life private from them. Why do any parents, poly or monogamous, think this is funny???

    SelkieBlackfysh
    Community Member
3 years ago Created by potrace 1.15, written by Peter Selinger 2001-2017

Not judging, just stating, but most poly relationships are a mess and hardly a place for children. Not all, of course. I've met a few well adjusted poly people but for the most part they're just like horny teens when it comes to maturity and consideration of others.

    ThatOneWriter
    Community Member
3 years ago Created by potrace 1.15, written by Peter Selinger 2001-2017

As a poly person, I've unfortunately had similar experiences. Being poly doesn't mean "more adult fun times" which is what most people seem to think. That's just being in an open relationship. Poly means real relationships with multiple people. That takes communication, compassion, and emotional awareness. Something most people (monogamous or poly) seem to sorely lack in general 😬

I came across a "christian" book which explained how to beat your child. Main point; always explain to your kid why you're going to beat the sh*t out of them, then pray with them together before the act. And after beating done, pray with them together again and thank God. If this is not pervert, then I really don't know what is.

There I'd no right for the mother to decide what her daughter likes and wants and what not. Refusing her daughters wishes will put the girl in serious trouble, resulting in worst case to put ger own desires behind the exceptions her mother holds on her. Toxic.

Hey sweetie, I know you won’t recall your father and I being together, but I’ve preserved this here in digital amber so that when you’re in about the seventh grade or older you can easily piece together we broke up because I was ready to start shagging other people, but I had to couch my obvious sexual desires in evasive nonsense because your dad would’ve killed us and then himself if we didn’t let him think he was moving on first. Anyway we obviously got through that and we still love you very much!!!

I know that we're not really used to that kind of things nowdays, but... Have you ever heard of preventive mesures?

The child could get even sicker, and/or give other people sickness. Please don't be this stupid.

Alright, this kid looks to be under 6. If only one parent is home and no one available to sit with the kid, what choice does the parent have? I would probably leave my oldest, now 4, in the car with her videos after making sure she is okay with it for a very fast grab and dash (probably at a CVS or Walgreens, not a big store). Not the worst parenting move

Don't leave kids in your car, especially if they're sick. Like Megan said, use delivery.

I hope one day "Mom" is on the receiving end of such tough love from the kid.

Mom's IQ dips dangerously close to single digits, it would seem.

It literally wouldn't cost her anything more to go to the employees inside and explain what happened. They would remake the meal, especially if they knew it was for a kid.

Not only can she not parent properly, it seems stringing together coherent sentences is beyond her, as well.

I actually don't see the problem. All ages shows are very different from 21+ raves.

I do not see a real problem here. As someone who has been wearing (non-distorting) hearing protection when going to concerts and festivals for a long time, I appreciate that the topic of hearing safety even came up.

Not even remotely ok. My mother had forbidden me to see The Exorcist when I was 16, the year it was released, but I went anyway. This is so much worse.

I think people are getting wound up over this one because of the whole "kandi" thing. It's not bad folks, just bead bracelets. I actually went to an all ages "rave" with my 15 y/o niece and it was honestly almost like going to a high school prom. Very underage friendly, no alcohol, not bad at all.

honestly this is perfectly fine. she has ear protection, her parents will be there, and it's an all ages rave. and don't worry, kandi is a type of plastic bead

This one isnt that bad. Its an all age show, and to everyone concerned about kandi, Kandi is a type of fun jewelry! Its another word for pony beads. Not drugs! They are popular in raves to trade and give away. Super fun!
