30 Digital Illustrations That Expose The Flaws Of Today’s Society By Alireza Pakdel
The works of the Iranian illustrator Alireza Pakdel criticize the current patterns of behavior in society and propose a reflection on issues that are left aside by a large part of the modern-day population.
In the images below, the artist is trying to address several themes such as capitalism, consumerism, technology, and the harm caused by humans to nature and animals who have to live in pollution.
We featured the author’s work here at Bored Panda a few months ago with his comics portraying the sacrifice of health professionals in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. However, right now we would like to share some of his new work that takes on a different perspective and touches the morals and values of modern-day society.

Even though the kids accidently lobbed the ball through her window, and they are waiting to be yelled at by her, instead she brings back their ball and feeds them. Meanwhile the arsewipe in the other houses is berating the kids when its actually none of his business.
I saw something totally different in this picture - the girls, covering their hair, are being scolded for playing too loud and even their bird has its beak tied shut and is not allowed to express itself, whereas the boys are offered cookies even though they broke the old lady's window with their ball. So, nothing "cute" at all here - I would like to hear the artist's interpretation on this one.
Only boys get treats. Girls get screamed at. This my friends is the Middle East you think is so cute!
The broken glass is on the out side so the old woman broke the window by throwing the ball from the inside. Why is she luring the kids with food?
The kids broke the window while playing. It's just a picture.

i like the symbolism behind this. both sides are going to war for what they believe in, and it shows how neither side is "evil", just strong opinions. and however they choose to express those opinions, they chose to let innocent people stay safe.
Oh please, I was a child before the era of smartphones and many preferred books to playing with others, including myself. Even now kids are encouraged to play, or were before schools went online. Also this: FpOXy1U.jpg
