I came across Pinterest with all the nicely remodeled rooms and I said “why not me” ? But meh, I was on budget. So I got creative. I put painters tape on the wall to make triangles. And then I started to paint. I was not really sure of me… but when I removed them, this happened!
To avoid spending too much on painting, I went for the sample cans of high quality (about 5$). Having triangles of different colors helped to do that.
Also painting tiny triangles is easier than a big surface.
Then direction Hobby Lobby to find cheap items. The devil lies in the number. Each item was cheap but 1+1 + 1+1 = about 60$. But still cheaper than Elm Street!
The funky colors allowed me to put funky cheap items and still manage to give a cosy atmosphere.
And that’s about it! Before and After for 100$.
No shit! It’s neat!
