Reminds me of a family-member-in-law. They complain, then use that complaint as a reason to not be considerate or help others out - instead using it as a platform to complain more. When others ask "How can we help this issue - I can help you get the help you need" they flat out make up more excuses to NOT get help... then they end up disliking the person who dared to offer help in the first place (pick any issue. Anything. chipped toenail. Allergies. Doesn't have a shirt they like, etc. Anything.)

Fear itself makes you feel like s**t, so I question this statement.

I am hopeless in an emergency or stressful situation. I literally panic, my mind goes blank, I get confused, I am frantic, can’t think straight etc. Do not rely on me if you are dying lol.
