I actually love reading, like actual books not eBooks or what-not. I'm 16. I can guarantee we are on our phones for a good amount of the day but at the same time most of us can survive without them for 10-12 hours a day, but I do agree, it can be sad in some cases where they can't be separated from their phones.

Earliest I can remember was when I was about 10 years old :( I have later heard that it's a form of migraine. But as it comes and goes really quickly, usually, there's not really anything that can be done about it. It's just very annoying and slightly scary.

Read Wises Fulfilled by Dr Wayne Dyer and actually DO the meditation! I recovered from 4 1/2 yrs depression (death of my husband), am now happy despite needing kidney transplant. Drs tell me my health is excellent, don't even need dialysis! Seriously, just read the book, at least! Good luck to you!

I too am clinically depressed and I also have PTSD , I can never remember the letters but I do remember bad stuff all the time and relive it daily if I don't take my medication. Life is hard for us. I try and keep busy or just sleep. I'm sorry you are Clinically depressed and wish you happiness that I do get when I'm on medication.
