I think this is called optimistic nihilism, or I'm just stupid lol. For me its kind of depressing to think about, considering I have like a million obligations and am extremely busy, and it just doesn't matter? I have to do so much, but none of it really matters. Its interesting to see how this is different for every person though.
We all ask ourselves how we exist, chances of being born where we were born, meeting who we meet, or even how the earth and sun were formed. But... how did space form? Why and how do atoms exist, protons, neutrons and electrons? (Idk I've just never thought of that before it's very intriguing)
I'm not a Slipknot fan but I am familiar with Corey Taylor, and I do have one of his books that I enjoyed reading. I know Slipknot has been around for, at least 25 years or so. I didn't know Corey is 50. He looks more around 30s or early 40s. Please don't call me stupid or dumb, but I'm realizing, also, that would make sense because I was still a teen when Corey has been with Slipknot. So, I did know he was a bit older than me. I didn't know that much older. He's actually a Gen X. Born in 1973. Why is that so wild to me. I'm just saying, he doesn't look that old. Or maybe people closer to my age now are appearing younger as I get older.
